Forever 21

I'm not sure if my visit was typical because it was during the holiday shopping season 2015. My visit was for one specific purpose, a hat for my daughter. Although I found the hat quickly the store was hard to move around due to the massive amount of items in the store. Checkout was painless and the cashier was very nice.

This store is always such a mess and under stocked! There is never much jewelry selection available and the items that are available are scattered everywhere and very limited. I use to come here for finding just basic tees, skirts, leggings but all they seem to have lately is piles and piles of junk. Clean it up please! I get its cheap trendy clothing but its also Bellevue and people expect a certain level of quality and store offerings. The store is relatively small compared to the other F21 locations and is organized by their different themes with limited sizes. The only thing this store did get right is the displays are usually dressed with trendy fashions. Other than that the staff isn't really interested in answering questions or helping bring out more stock from the back and will give you the stink face. I use to work at this location when it first opened during my college years and it was just as bad and nothing has improved much since then. Also beware they only offer exchanges on all their clothing items and all accessories and jewelry is final sale so I would always think twice before purchasing items.

I was just in this store to buy a pair of leggings, I found a medium sized leggings but I couldn't find a size small. When I asked the cashiers if they had a size small, they told me whatever is on the shelf was all they had, and there was nothing in the back. I asked if they could check if there were small size in store somewhere since the leggings were not very organized I had hard time finding. They looked at each other as if I was a stupid or something. They rolled eyes and gave me the dirty look. The worst customer service I ever had. When I asked their names, then one of the cashiers asked me what size I was looking for. But I asked their names again, they wouldn't say their names. I asked one more time, then they said their names were Mindy and Naomi. Very unprofessional, and rude. If they faked their names, they were at the cashier on Wednesday, March 27th, 2019 at 3:25PM.

#forever21 not a upscale place, but definitely cheap. Basically the clothes are like rue21 I call then throw away clothes, trendy for the moment, and when the trend is over the clothes are worn out Great for young people The staff could be more helpful and if the store didnt looked so crowded it would be easier to shop.

Not only are the clothes nice but the staff is too! I would love to point out an employee there named Tony. He was immediately friendly when I was next in line and also very helpful and patient. Thank you for a great experience!

They told me I could get 20% off by signing up for their rewards program. I almost completed my purchase to get 20% off to come to find out I was signing up for a credit card. When the manager came over and I told her that I was told by her associate that it was a rewards program NOT a credit card. Her associate gave me sass and told me that she said rewards card. which STILL isn’t the same thing as a credit card. I told her that is definitely not what she said and I did not receive an apology from the person the rung or the manager. Not like I should expect good customer service from the workers at forever 21! Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful people work there.

I went for a shopping before my work. When I checked out my clothes with a cashier lady in red sport shirt and pants greet me like I'm coming right by closing time. Her attitude was so bad when I was curious about one of my items cost $27 and she looked at me like an idiot and dumb all my stuff in a bag without fold them nicely like the other stores and gave them to me like "get out of here". How could you treat your clients like that when they are loyalty to you for years. She needs a training to know how to smile and make us feel appreciate when we shop at your store. Simple things make different. So disappointed and dont wanna see her again.

The least chaotic Forever 21 I know. Fitting rooms are a little crazy, but lines are short. You'll always wait in line to check out, but employees are available if you need/fine them. Fairly well organized for fast fashion, and you'll always see someone organizing.

Forever 21 has some cute/trendy clothing, but, their customer service is absolutely terrible. The girls that work there scowl at you and give you rude/judgemental looks and eyerolls. They also turn their music off 45 minutes before closing time to notify customers that they are closing "soon". And their dressing room closes 30-45 minutes before close!!!! It's unbelievable! I get that they don't want to clean up their dressing rooms, but that is just beyond lazy and rude! If they didn't have trendy clothing for a good price, I would never shop there.

Not the best quality, but this is a good place for inexpensive and trendy clothing. The store is huge and is consistently updating their inventory to include the newest clothing. Customer service is always super friendly and checkout is fast even when there is a line.
