Forever 21

I recently found myself in an embarrassing situation while trying on some clothes at Forever21 at the Polo Park location in Winnipeg, MB. Instead of handling the situation with empathy and understanding, the employees at the fitting room section decided to make a laughing matter out of it. Their actions were not only insensitive but also reflected a complete lack of respect for me as a customer. I understood that my fitting room door was opened by accident and not intentional, but for the employees to discuss and laugh about how I was "standing awkwardly" inside the fitting room was completely unprofessional and disrespectful of them. I sincerely hope that this incident was an isolated one and that Forever21 takes appropriate action to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this particular location based on my personal experience.

Got rid of their plus size section completely. Over the years it just got smaller and smaller until I went in and couldn’t find the section. When asking an associate where I could find it I was met with attitude saying they don’t have one and was given a rude look. I guess body positivity and inclusivity isn’t relevant at this store any more which is a shame. It’s not hard to have a section of the store be plus sized instead of just catering to up size large. Do better.

Bought a pair of pants, worn once and ripped in the front. Never washed, took them back to the Polo Park store and all I got was a "sorry, exchanges don't cover manufacuters defects". I'm not sure if the customer service or the quality of the products are worse. Five cash registers were available, only one cashier to answer phones and check out customers. Waited 20 minutes in line to receive my 'sorry'

Absolutely horrible, customer service was terrible, was ID twice over a 100$ bill, then proceeded to give me a ripped up bill back. Wish being polite and knowing how to do your job was company policy just like IDing over cash

I love the clothes and what not that are sold in this store but the customer service is awful . It’s this huge store and I’m always in line for over ten minutes because they have one cashier on , but yet you see tons of staff on but nobody jumps on the tills, it’s ridiculous. Do better ! You have the staff on the floor so why do they just walk by and ignore the customers in line .

Lovely sales girls here, found an awesome dress for my birthday. I was helped by multiple ladies but I only got the name of Harti excuse my spelling the store was a little loud, she was very nice and helped me out.

Their Sanrio and Barbie collabs are so cuuuute! However, this store still sucks, even after the bankruptcy! T-shirts still have weird sayings nobody in their right mind would wear, the store is still extremely unorganized, barely anybody on till, nobody on the floor. Can't find anything I came in for. Very low quality clothes, very uninviting store in general, pretty hit or miss. I personally don't recommend this place.

Cheaply made clothes for cheap, as long as you stick to sales racks. Poor, slow customer service when I've been there. Music is too loud, feels like I'm being driven out of the store.

Took my little sister shopping here to buy some clothes for Christmas, as she's trying on clothes she calls me in the room to help her. Note: She's a child. There's a sign on the door stating "1 person in change room, exception if it's a child" I go in to help her, the blonde, short, filipino girl working the change room sees me go in and 5 seconds later I hear LOUD BANGS on the door. I open it and it's her and she says with attitude and so loud that everyone around can hear "YOU CANNOT BE IN THE CHANGE ROOM WITH HER" I go "She's a child". She looks at me as if i'm lying about that???? Then says rudely "Then I have to move you to another change room, that's bigger" Ummm what's the difference, the change room that we're in has enough room for 2 already. I tell her "it's not necessary as she only has 1 more item to put on" and she dismisses me... I have no issue with the change room policy but her approach. So unprofessional and rude... even my little sister was like what's her problem...? and that's coming from a child lol

I wish I was able to give 0 stars! HORRIBLE customer service!
