Why close fitting room 30 minutes before closing? Are you not trying to sell clothes? I know you want to go home early but you are selling clothes. How do i know the size if i cant try them on. Crazy. So rude. No customer service or whatsoever. Spend your money elsewhere. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Disrespectful staffs.
While they typically have good deals, this is always how long their line is at this stupid store. And customer service is non-existent. And it's not just this Forever 21, but every single Forever 21 store in their chain. They cannot figure out how to properly staff any of their locations and so you're either standing in like for 30 minutes or can't find any help. I now refuse to come here until they can value my time as customer.
Came for my cousin. No inclusivity on larger size women. Couldnt find anything in her size. Does not include a plus size section either. But a lot of variety for smaller sizes. Pretty disorganized. Lines are always long.
I've spent so much money at Forever 21 over the years, and my expectations for their stores are never THAT high, however, this location definitely needs to improve their customer service. A lot of the employees seem to not know what they're doing, and the wait for the checkout is always long, even when there are employees just standing around. I visited the store on a Monday night, not busy at all and their machine ended up crashing on me. After waiting around 15 minutes for the system to unfreeze, the young lady ringing me up decided to use their backup terminal to check me out instead. She ended up accidentally charging my card TWICE. When I pointed this out they told me that there was nothing they could do about it at the moment, and that I should return in a few days if the charge didn't drop on its own. I don't live close to the mall at all, so I was annoyed, but left the store and just ended up waiting. The charge did not drop, as I expected so I made the trek back to the store to get my money back and upon returning, the manager had no interest in trying to help me out and told me they couldn't do anything unless I had a paper copy of my bank statement, even with the screenshots on my phone. I'm extremely disappointed with this mistake, and I shouldn't have to go out of my way multiple times to fix THEIR mistake. Especially with the employees' attitudes towards me. Customer service should always be a priority, and sadly at this location it comes off as their last priority. I will have to end up calling corporate because I refuse to waste more gas driving to this store again.
I was disappointed that they wouldn't exchange a necklace that I purchased from them. I was a bit confused being that the receipt states that jewelry must be in original packaging in order to exchange or receive a refund. Also, no one mentioned at the time of purchase that ALL jewelry would be a final sale. This wasn't a sales item either, so it didn't say "Final Sale" underneath the item on the receipt. Good news... another location allowed me to exchange the item. I just didn't understand this location's reasoning.
Store clerk Natalie Displayed AMAZING Service. She diligently provided "HANDS ON" Customer Service by assisting me with finding attire to a special event of mine. She was so personable and patient. Instead of pointing towards a section, she walked towards each section she recommended. Ive never experience service like this and because of it I will try this store again for sure.
I've been a fan of Forever 21 since well, decades ago. Anyways the store was neat and clean but the selection was terrible. Only person asked if I needed assistance, spoke to me, it was a guy. The other staff members were playing, being laugh, using profanity, just highly unprofessional. Very disappointed overall. To the ONLY REAL worker, thank you, sir for your excellent service.
I am not one for negative reviews, but I thought I’d share my experience so that the owner/managers could, hopefully, make a change. I made my way into shop around 7:00pm. At 8:01 I got over to the fitting rooms with several cute items. The sales clerk had literally just blocked off the fitting room seconds before I walked over. There were never any announcements or warnings from any of the, several, staff members that were there that the fitting rooms would be closing soon. The gal working just looked at me with my asortment of merchandise and said, “The fitting rooms are closed.” I said very politely, “Oh, is there anyway I could quickly try these on? Otherwise, I can’t buy anything.” She looked at me and simply said, “Sorry. It’s closed.” Please, keep in mind the store itself was not closing for another full hour. Pretty disappointing. She turned away possibly over $100 in sales from me. Also, kinda bummed I wasted an hour shopping for no reason, slightly inconsiderate of the staff.
Very Rude Employee In Checkout Section. I asked her to hold a couple items for me & she replied very angrily that she was with a customer, so she couldn’t. I love buying from this brand , but this specific store will no longer get anymore of my money. I’d rather drive another half an hour to the next store then buy from here ever again!. Even after she replied in a negative manner, she kept meanmugging me. All other reviews are the same, employees need to improve their manners.
It was very easy to find the things I wanted. The online catalog somewhat reflects the in-store options, though there were less options for bottoms They didn't have a wide variety of shorts and skirts. I was still satisfied with the experience and found many new additions to my wardrobe!
