My Dad passed suddenly in August and my wedding was in October. I was distraught to say the least, a friend of the family reached out saying she wanted to get a flower for my mom sister and I as a gift for the wedding. She introduced us to Michelle and forever brooch bouquets. Michelle was amazing to work with, so kind and compassionate about what she does. She puts so much love and work to make these beautiful keepsakes. They are more amazing than I could have ever imagined. She was able to get our order in and get them completed before my wedding. They look so beautiful! I was able to have my dads favorite shirt in my bouquet on my special day and it meant so much to me to have him be a part of my day. I will cherish my flowers forever. I cannot recommend Michelle and Forever Brooch Bouquets enough!
Michelle was very professional! She stays in contact with every step of the process and makes priceless items that last forever. My husband’s boutonnière, made from his late father’s shirt, is now being displayed in our wedding shadow box and will an amazing memory forever! Thank you Michelle!
It's really hard for me to express the level of gratitude that I have for Michelle. I stumbled across her at a bridal show I walked past her booth twice before I finally stopped and talked to her. I had a nerd themed wedding and knew that I wanted my bouquet filled with fictional flowers. Silent Princesses from the Legend of Zelda video games Every other florist that I spoke with told me that I couldn't have exactly what I wanted but they could do something that would be similar. I didn't want similar so I had decided to just try to D.I.Y. my own bouquet. Then I met Michelle. When I told her my vision and showed her a picture of the flower she was so excited she is also a fan of the Zelda games and she told me she could absolutely create the exact flower and attach it to the sword hilt I wanted. For several months she worked tirelessly to make sure I was happy with the concept and design. The final product was beyond what I had hoped for! She really is an amazing person and I will be forever grateful that she was able to bring a fictional flower to life.
I am obsessed with my ornament. I got 2 ornaments, one for myself & one for my mom and we couldn’t be more in love. they were made from my daughters newborn sleepers and they are so insanely beautiful and such an amazing keepsake that I will cherish forever! thank you forever brooch bouquets! I cannot recommend Michelle more! Working with her was absolutely amazing! I had reached out to her about a year ago to have a memento made for my bouquet out of some jewelry and shirts I had from my grandparents. I also wanted a corsage and boutonnière for my parents as a surprise. The items she made are so beautiful and such amazing works of art! Beyond my expectations! Michelle was timely with her responses and always kept me in the loop as to her design ideas. I would recommend working with her to anyone!
When my mom passed back in Oct 2019, I surely didn’t know what I was going to do with her clothes…and definitely wasn’t ready to decide any time soon. Shortly after, someone I know got married and posted her beautiful bouquet made by Forever Brooch Bouquets - Michelle. Right then and there I knew what I wanted to do with my moms clothes! It took me a while to have the courage to go through some of her things; but recently decided to start by having a piece done to be placed in a shadow box to gift to my brother with a picture of both of them. The flowers were made from the dress she’s wearing in the picture and the leaves from two of her blouses. I can’t even describe how amazing it turned out! My brother loved it! It’s one thing to see Michelle’s pictures and videos and be amazed - but in person - it’s another level. She is the nicest, compassionate, empathetic person you will meet. She takes great care in listening to your request - provides suggestions and delivers just as expected! This is the first of other pieces that I will have done in the near future. Do yourself a favor and check her out you will not be disappointed.
You will be in awe of the work Michelle will create with your families cherished belongings whether they are still here or no longer with us, her work is an amazing tribute to who they are/were. Michelle made ornaments for me to give to my family with gorgeous flowers made from our beloved parents clothing and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house when they received this beautiful gift! I lost my Dad this year. When I saved his shirts, I thought I wanted to have a wreath made for the door of my Mom’s new apartment. When I saw the keepsake Christmas ornaments on the Forever Brooch Bouquets Facebook page, I instantly changed my mind. I didn’t expect to get so emotional, but Michelle seemed to know exactly what I wanted, and exceeded my expectations. These ornaments are a stunning work of art, that I will cherish forever. I cannot begin to express my sincerest gratitude for the time spent on my daughter’s comb, my hair pin, and her daddy’s boutonnière. Madison’s younger sister passed away 8 years ago and these wonderful people were able to incorporate Makenzie’s clothing and my wedding dress from 27 years ago into each piece. I felt we were all four joined in this joyous day and felt Makenzie’s love surrounding us. Michelle was professional yet interested to know our story so she could create each piece uniquely to the other. The intricacies were beyond what I could even express we desired. I’m definitely a person who loves all kinds of flowers and plants. But when it came to wedding planning, I couldn’t fathom the thought of spending thousands of dollars on flower arrangements and decor that will eventually wilt away. And then during a wedding expo, I found Michelle! While I did order real flowers for table setting and arrangements for the bridal parties, I love that I will forever have my wedding bouquet and husband’s boutonnière to reminisce on our special day.
