They were very attentive to the details of the design of my rings and very quick to respond to my questions, they kept me informed of everything. Simply the best! Been following Forever Diamonds on instagram for years and have always admired their work. So honored to have a custom piece of my own designed by them! My fiancé, with the help of Forever Diamonds NY’s team, designed the PERFECT ring to symbolize our story. I can’t stop looking at it or taking pictures of it, as you can tell!
What an amazing experience my fiancé and I had working with Forever Diamonds. Roman created an absolute masterpiece and was so patient with us as we walked through the details of my dream ring. We are now working with him to create our wedding bands as well. He’s the best of the best! Look no further. I should also add that my fiancé and I flew to New York to pick up my engagement ring and the office is absolutely stunning and a very professional environment. I recommend making a vacation out of the adventure and staying in Manhattan when you go to visit Forever Diamonds.
Roman is by far the best in the business! Not only does he create the most beautiful rings, but he also truly cares about the couples he’s making them for. Him and his team worked with me remotely to create a ring for my fiancé. The process couldn’t be easier. They are all extremely professional and knowledgable of diamonds. They will work with your budget and timeline to ensure everything fits your comfort. If I could give Forever Diamonds NY more than 5 stars, I would. Roman and his team are by far the best in this business and their customer service is unmatched. If you like their ring designs/settings, which are undoubtedly stunning, do not think twice...I implore you, please move forward with Forever Diamonds! I made the mistake of first going with another nationwide jeweler because I didn't live in NYC, and it was a terrible experience - they made false promises, were incredibly late in delivery, and ultimately delivered the most horrendous ring that did not even undergo a quality check. My finance and I did not have the ring for all of our pre-wedding events, but now we were without a ring for the day of the wedding. We had no trust in the original jeweler and had canceled our transaction with them, and at this point, we had sadly accepted that I wouldn't have a ring on our wedding day. We reached out to Forever Diamonds making the decision we will go with them for my ring. While we knew we would get a beautifully designed ring, we did not expect that Roman and Rosanna would go above and beyond. Roman heard my story and loaned me a BEAUTIFUL ring so, as he said, I would "not be without a ring when walking down the aisle." Forever Diamonds NY is the epitome of customer service and they live up to their mission. Not only did they MAKE my wedding by loaning me ring, but then they so graciously worked with us to make me the perfect ring. Please trust me when I say their ring settings are unique and others cannot replicate their delicate and intricate designs. And beyond that, they are an absolute pleasure to work with. I will most certainly be going to them for any future jewelry needs!
Where do I begin? Both my fiancé and I have been following the Forever Diamonds NY Instagram page for quite some time and was amazed by the the work and clients they have worked with. Now, to give you a little context we are from California and this was my first time ever ring shopping. I had no prior ring knowledge whatsoever and Roman and Adam made the process so smooth, informing and comfortable. There was not one moment where I felt pressured, forced or judged. If anything, they truly make you feel like family and are just truthful, transparent and just amazing individuals. We met twice with Roman and Adam, once in their old showcase room then the next in their new showcase room that has an amazing view. Now, majority of our communication was via text or a phone call. The only reason why we decided to come out to NY is because I included my fiancé in the ring process every step of the way and she wanted to see the diamond in person also New York is a great city to visit! Please show this family some love and if you are in the process of ring shopping reach out to the Forever Diamonds NY team. If you are wondering, “Well, I’m so far away and don’t feel comfortable buying anything unless I see it in person”, book a flight or even better reach out to Roman or Adam and they will be happy to assist! Some tips I recommend: - Follow both pages @foreverdiamondsny and @handmodelatforever to see their amazing work. - Download the Forever Diamonds NY app and start searching for your diamond. - Before inquiring about a diamond or specific setting Catherine, Madison etc.. have a TOTAL budget in mind how much do I want to spend in total?. This will help you narrow your search and make adjustments to fit within your budget. - Ask questions. There is no such thing as a dumb question! Not knowing where to go and where to get started I came upon forever diamonds and was just asking questions. The care and well spoken mannerisms of Roman made me choose them in a heartbeat.
