We spent nearly an hour looking for shoes and the girl that helped us never got annoyed which I think is a great sign. We kept looking at styles and asking her to find them in different sizes or colors and she had great people’s skills. We unfortunately couldn’t find the shoes we wanted so she offered to order them from a different location. We felt very well taken care of.
I’ve been shopping at this store for years, just because the shoes are cute and inexpensive. However, the employees have always been awful unprofessional and rude. I came by to exchange some shoes yesterday, and for the first time, there was an AMAZING ASSOCIATE! She was so friendly, helpful, and professional! She assisted me from finding the right shoe size, to offering to look online/at other stores. So I wanted to give a big shoutout to Anastasia that works at the South Towne Mall, the only employee at this store that ever actually helped and made me feel welcomed.
I’ve found my size in more variety of shoes at this location but they have the cutest and best high heels I’ve bought. They last for a long time and are a very good price for a high school student or anyone. especially for shoes for a dance
Always have such cute and fashionable shoes. Customer service is always great. Especially Abby. She helped me find and purchase my shoes online and was so quick to help me out. Thank you!!
This store is great and has a wide variety. The shelves are very nice when pulling out the shoes, especially compared to other stores. It's very clean and sparkly. The only thing is the follow through is a little bit lacking. The Layton store called and asked for a pair of boots to be shipped up for me supposed to take 2-5 days, but a week passed and they never came. When we called, they said hadn't even been shipped. I went to pick them up myself, since I was in the area this weekend. I asked for another pair to be shipped to Layton next week, so I hope they make it.
Buy one pair of boots and get one free is what brought me into the store. I found 2 that were the perfect fit. The ladies were very nice and helpful. I will surely go back for some more cute shoes!!
I was so impressed with the service I received. Back to school shopping was in full swing, but I was still greeted and told of all of the promotions. They had a great variety of shoes, and they also had my sizes which is rare. Overall, I'm very impressed with the service and selection.
I love forever young shoes! Also all of my shoes are from here because they are adorable, comfy, and affordable! All the employees are so great! I would for sure refer anyone to Forever Young Shoes!
Love the customer service here. Friendly staff and a clean environment. Any time i'm in this mall I make sure to stop here and buy myself a pair or maybe a few lol. If you're not satisfied with the shoes you can return it for another style as long as they're unworn. BEST EVER!
Best place to buy shoes!! I literally buy ALL my shoes here! Super cute and affordable! They have awesome sales too. I have been SO impressed with the quality of shoes they sell as well!!!
