Fork & Barrel is owned by Geoffrey and Emily Heyde. Executive Chef and Proprietor Geoffrey Heyde graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2000 and worked at several Louisville favorites. This is the first project on his own and has allowed him to create a unique dining experience for his guests. Fork & Barrel prides itself on serving upscale American cuisine with a focus on local ingredients, craft cocktails, and serving it all with southern hospitality. The Restaurant is located at 2244 Frankfort Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky in one of the town’s restaurant rows. The Restaurant seats 85 guests and has reservations as well as open seating at the bar and communal table.
