When the place is open, they're great! He always has what I want and will give me a cold fresh bottle of wine instead of one off the shelf. But DUDE is rarely ever open!!! Being new to Boston is hard, but not knowing if you're going to be able to have a glass of wine before bed because it's 0800 and nothing else is open that serves alcohol-don't judge is almost panic mode. Overall, a consistent schedule is needed.
I've been going to this store for years I've always been greeted with great respect and if they didn't have what I wanted they search for something close to it good job guys
