I called the place and the phone rang for long periods ..then some one just hung up. I repeat the process and it does the same . Horrible customers service .

It's a courthouse...lol They do seem to move people right along, so none is standing around for too long.
I've had to wait excruciatingly long for every single thing I've ever had to do here. Service is absolutely horrible.
