The Forsyth County Parks Foundation works closely with the Forsyth County Parks Department to help support program needs and park enhancements.
The Forsyth County Parks Foundation, Inc., is a group of community members who believe that parks and recreation are of vital importance to our community. The Foundation recognizes that the demands for public funds and services are increasing at the same time that revenues are decreasing. We are committed to developing new sources of support for our park and recreation programs and facility developments.
We raise funds in support of the parks and recreational programs in Forsyth County. We work to accomplish our goals by creating partnerships, facilitating grants and developing fund raising events to fund designated areas of interest. We accept and administer donations, gifts and funds raised through special programs.
