Every time I have called them or tried to get their assistance for anything they have always been incredibly rude. The first time I called them they refused, REFUSED to let me speak to a nurse or on call doctor or ANYONE for that matter because “You’re not a patient here.” Why does that matter?! The second time I called I was met with a very cold answer by a lady who obviously hates her job, and I explained I was calling for my husband WHO IS A PATIENT THERE and they STILL refused to let me talk with someone! What finally did it for me was her very cold response at the end of our conversation. My point of leaving this review is to let everyone know not to leave your health in the hands of people who have no compassion or care for you.
I went in at 6pm on a Saturday and was out by 715. All of the nurses and doctors I worked with were wonderful. Labs took a while to run but I guess that's normal.
Recently, it seems like the place is run by accountants searching for every last penny of revenue, cost savings, and supposed efficiencies. At some point, healthcare has started to feel more like visiting the finance department of a car dealership.
I went here for a severe sinus infection late at night. I was a bit worried based on the reviews! Don’t be!! It was busy but they were so efficient. I was in and out in an hour tops. Even got my prescription in the medical disbursement machine on site. Very satisfied. Everyone was so nice too!
I do not reccomend this urgent care whatsoever, unless you are going to die or give birth before you could make it to a different hospital. Billing department is horrible also more expensive than other area urgent care facilities, doctor we saw hardly even looked at the problem, and sent us home with a prescription that cost literally 1000% more than it should have ordered cream instead of ointment, both serve same exact purpose, just one is $250 while the other is $20 Oh, and they didn't even send it to the correct pharmacy. Ended up going to Stoughton Urgent Care several days later after the problem became worse... they actually cared enough to diagnose the problem, and were much cheaper too!
Billed my son as a "level 4" which was not even close to being the case. Billing department is terrible. $1200 for a doctor to come in and say "hmmm, I don't know what I'm going to do with you", two bags of fluids and a blood draw. Outrageous! Unacceptable!
Don’t go here. I went while I clearly had strep throat and they told me I had a “mild upper respiratory infection.” After the 3 hour process and the downplaying of all my symptoms I went home and talked to another doctor on the phone who was able to diagnose me with strep just from HEARING the symptoms I was experiencing. These people don’t know what they are doing and can’t be trusted if they literally can’t even point out strep throat. Horrible. Go anywhere else.
I knew that moving to a more rural area would likely mean a lesser level of available, expert healthcare, but I certainly didn't expect to be taken advantage of due to few nearby clinic options. I moved to the area this Summer, and had yet to establish a primary care doctor when I experienced minor but increasingly annoying side-effects of my IUD and I really wanted it removed sooner than I could get in with a new primary. So I Googled urgent care clinics nearby, this was the only one that came up, and gave them a call. I confirmed that they accepted my insurance and that their urgent care clinic was open and presented to the reception desk to fill out intake paperwork, which was, based on every description and conversation thus far, meant for urgent care. However - THERE IS NO URGENT CARE CLINIC. There is an emergency room with a triage nurse who, despite your specific request to be seen in urgent care, gets to arbitrarily decide whether you are to be billed as an ER patient or an Urgent Care patient. If you have health insurance, you know full well there is a difference in what you pay based on the level of service. Despite walking into the ER entrance and informing the receptionist I was here for the urgent Care clinic, I was *still* treated AND BILLED as an ER patient. For a simple IUD removal. People literally pull these out themselves. It's inadvisable and probably risky, but it is not complicated. I would have never gone to the ER for this procedure, but here I am now having been deceitfully billed for ER services. Drive the additional 20-25 minutes to a real urgent care if you can manage. If an IUD removal is considered emergency services, then what actually falls under "urgent care"? It's a greedy sham.
i’ve heard bad things from fort urgent care but last night around 9 pm the team that was working were all amazing. had a very bad tooth abscess and they did everything they could to help me and the doctor was very comforting. you could tell he really cares for his patients!
This is NOT urgent care... Don't be fooled by the name... Nothing about what they do is urgent. There could be no patients at all, and you can still expect a minimum of an hour and a half wait even late at night during the middle of the week... IF a doc decides to show up to work, chances are that they will try to pull a fast one on you and say your condition requires catagorizing as emergency care even if you have a minor problem, such as a small cut... That does not require stitches and charge you emergency room costs WITHOUT EVEN TELLING YOU! Consumer be ware!
