Great customer service and a wide variety of items to choose from. The food court had great choices as well to include Charley's, Korean, Chinese, Smoothie place...There are also vendors who are set up in the entrance.
I love it! Lancôme products and clothes are always cheaper than all other stores. Very clean and not crowded. Only problem last years they don’t have a sales rep for Lancôme and u have to be hunting for someone to help you.
The only Exchange I’ve ever been to so I may be biased but I’m so glad I can come here, they have so much stuff. Anything you could want or need. They just recently built a new Bath & Body Works store as well. The food court is one of the better food courts I’ve been to and I religiously go to Sarku to get chicken and rice.
Not a real choice for us retired military. Every military pay raise has been the reasoning used to raise all the prices in the exchange system. Nothing but expensive designer brand clothing. Poorly equipped and managed computer/electronic department. Good luck trying to find men's sandals - unless you want flip flops. Oh, and good luck finding employees willing to offer assistance.... Oh, no more cashiers -- higher prices, poor service, and you do the work....
Now they got rid of almost all cashiers except at customer service. U have to scan everything and pay. Plus, if u got a visitor pass for someone else, they can't shop unless they have the soldier or spouse with them
1st time visitor.. Never seen a PX, EXCHANGE like this. Just like a food court in a fancy mall. Plus they have TX Road House, Chipoltle, Chilis and several other restaurants and assorted stores. Really Nice!!!
Horrible place. My soldiers and I were treated like outcasts. Fort Bliss does not want you if you are different from their starch uniform standards.
One of the best Army Shopping areas I have seen.. huge food court with stand alone restaurants.. they also have a small outlet section with different stores
I went to the PX looking to buy my first Gun my husband owns but I wanted something smaller my husband buys ammo at that location all the time so he suggested me to shop in that store. I was there two days in a row looking for their inventory and making my research and the 2nd day when I was finally ready to purchase, the people at the firearms shop ignored me for a very long time and when I finally got their attention, the 3 guys at the Night Shift were RUDE. No one showed interest in showing me their guns. The guy with long hair angel I believe was his name gave me half of the information I needed to make my purchase and he had fun of me because I barely got what I needed at the moment to buy my gun. I filed a formal complaint and seems like no one cared. Horrible customer service
This is embarrassing for the Army and DOD as a whole. 1700 on a Friday and they have the audacity to have ZERO cashiers available, only self checkout that has a line backed into the aisles.
