Fort Chaffee Outfitters

I will never purchase from Fort Chaffee Outfitters again! My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars here, and today we went to pick up my birthday present for my concealed carry that I’ve had since 2015. They told me it was a straw purchase because he was paying for it! I gave them detail by detail of all the purchases and money I have spent at their store, I explained that I was getting a new concealed carry gun because I’ve been carrying around a 22 revolver for years, and I wanted something different, but no! That wasn’t enough. I even offered to just take it off layaway and let me purchase it with the paperwork in my name, but that wasn’t an option for some reason?!? They are insane. My name and his name is in the system, because we literally just purchased from them, AND the guy who wouldn’t sell me this gun is the same guy who sold me my gun last month! Do not recommend doing business with these people!

This was single handedly the worst experience I have ever encountered as a customer. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude, and even started cussing at me at one point. I do not recommend this place as I will never step foot in the door or on the property ever again. I highly recommend never using them, and I also highly recommend staying away from this place. Gun City is down the road and that’s where I went afterward. They are extremely nice and helpful.

Used to shop here a lot but got fed up with the owners attitude towards me. Came in and asked if they had a certain pistol sight and he immediately said “NO”, and a younger employee had over heard me asking and had shown me where they were. I have since started shopping at gun city pawn down the road and they are much friendlier and have a way better selection and prices.

This place is Awesome on prices the staff is so friendly listens to your question and answers and very polite way no attitude and that's what I like when I went in there

Excellent customer service. They took the time to provide a solution for a broken fiber optic sight on my firearm when they could’ve easily just passed the buck.

Went to simply buy some ammo yesterday, four employees as I could see,two were helping customers, cashier was dealing with one and apparently her son,who was all over the place,so she would get distracted . After three people left, I waited for another 20 minutes for someone to ask if I needed help. The customer service has gone down to the point it seems too be an inconvenience. Only reason I went in is no other store had what I was looking for.

Over the years this place has went from great to horrible. The employees are rude, ignore you and the second they see your not buying the gun they just walk off. I Have done alot of business here, but never again.

This establishment is the best firearm store in the nation! I’ve been all over the country peeking my head in and out of different shops. Being greeted by multiple people after walking in was a nice welcoming feeling. Everyone was laid back, talking about guns and stuff, felt like a family conversation! If you’re looking to buy/sale/trade, stop in and talk to Lucy, Chad, or Danny! Great people!

Great group of guys/gals who are always willing to help you find what you need. This is a professional gun shop meaning they do things the right way and make sure everything is clean and legal. Always a great ammo selection as well.
