Fort Dorchester High School is a public high school located in North Charleston, South Carolina and is one of the three high schools in Dorchester School District Two.AcademicsThe school offers Honors and Advanced Placement elective courses for students. It also offers the world-renowned International Baccalaureate (IB) program. Advanced Placement is offered for AP Physics 1, Calculus AB, English Language, English Literature, European History, US History, US Government, Computer Science A, and numerous college-level art classes for students.Fine ArtsThe school has a wide range of fine arts. Fort Dorchester offers chorus, theatre, art, photography, dance, and much more. The band program at Fort Dorchester offers concert band, jazz band, wind ensemble, symphonic band, percussion ensemble, world percussion, indoor percussion, winter guard and marching band.
