Wow, used to really like this place. But took my daughter to see Heidi because she was sick. Heidi made her feel like she was the reason everyone in the world has a cold now. My daughter was crying when she got home and said she felt like she was a terrible person. Plus did not even address my concerns. I know healthcare providers are stressed. But this was a waste of my time going there. Finding a new doctor. Thanks Heidi Thought you would care about mental health and how you make others feel , but I guess not. Off to find a real doctor

Terrible!! Took me 4 days to cancel an appointment and I have been without my meds for over a week and talked to them about refilling my prescription Thursday it’s now Wednesday and still haven’t heard from them and no prescription at my pharmacy and EVERYTIME you call you don’t get an answer and if u leave a voicemail they won’t call you back no matter how many u leave.

1st time we've been here in 13 years for a COVID vaccine for kids. 20+ minutes past schedule appointment times, went and spoke to receptionist, and can hear lab lady making calls about voicemails versus seeing to scheduled patients. Waiting 15 more minutes and will go to Mercy in Janesville. Fort Health care really is absolutely horrible for patient centered care.

very very slow service. My wife checked her self in early preceded to wait over a hour after her appointment only for them to take some one who was after her. She had our 2 month old child with her. You ever try and take care of a baby in a waiting room for over a hour. to make matters worse it would be another 6 weeks if she rescheduled. I would recommend going else where if you have that option

It took me 30 minutes of calling and then 25 minutes of waiting on the phone this morning before speaking to a human. Waited 5 days for a return call from a nurse, while in the meantime, 2 ER visits made. Frustrating

we have seen every provider here since we had our second daughter two years ago and haven't run into a single issue. we actually moved to sun prarie and still make the drive just because I love the doctors here. I'm really sad their rating is so low

Our family has been working with Fort Pediatrics for 8 years. During this time, Dr. Dewey, nursing staff, and reception have consistently been caring, knowledgeable, and attentive to our concerns.

Dr Cannon is a joke. I think he was fired from his job in Ill. He doesn't have time to examine you much less listen. He pretends to care until you have something wrong that actually needs a diagnosis. I was referred 6 times in one year to specialties with no work up or even specialty knowing what for? Refused one referral by their office due to questionable need. He really is a joke. You need to remind him of needed labs for recheck. Idk about other md's at ft location but steer clear of him.

Today I was scheduled for a 3 o'clock appointment. I got to the check in counter at 2:59. The receptionist took a while to check me in and then decided to tell me that it was 3:01 and I needed to reschedule my appointment because "I was late." Now I have to wait another month to be seen. Absolutely Ridiculous!

I have been going to Internal Medicine for almost 30 years. I have always been very happy with my doctor and his staff.
