Misty in Member Services is absolutely wonderful to work with!! She is absolutely an incredible asset to your company and your members at Abound. I wish more companies had people like her working for them. She is the type of person who truly cares and understands how life can be. Misty Payne at Abound has been such a kind and caring Representative of Abound during the duration of my time with having a car loan with you all, she has always gone above and beyond to help me with whatever needs or concerns come around! I have to share a very personal story and my utter appreciation for Misty Payne at Abound in Fort Knox on Pershing. I lost my job last year after being sick with covid followed by the flu. My life turned upside down financially while I scrambled to find a job that wouldn’t require me to work more than one still looking and drained my savings while I attempted to keep my nose above water. I ended up needing to file bankruptcy but keep my vehicle. I thought for sure I would either lose my vehicle or have an uphill battle to keep it. Instead, I was put in Misty’s hands and she has been nothing short of a Godsend during this difficult time in my financial life. She has shown me empathy, compassion, kindness, and been my advocate to help me keep my vehicle while I deal with an attorney’s office whose been less than stellar… a nightmare really. Misty is not just an employee at Abound, not to me. Misty is an absolute sweetheart, understanding, genuine, and in my humble opinion has gone above and beyond to help me, reassure me, and ultimately calm my anxiety about being able to keep my vehicle, especially when I need it the most right now. I hope that whoever reads this and is in a similar situation asks for Misty because they will not be disappointed. I also hope her supervisor and executive management reads this because y’all have a rockstar among you and she’s an unfathomable asset to your company and your members. I wish more companies had people like Misty! She is the very type of person whom I have always strived to be when in any customer/client facing position. It’s been a very refreshing experience working with her despite my circumstances. I cannot thank her enough and I hope y’all reward her for her dedication to maintaining member relationships. I absolutely love speaking with Misty Payne! So is so sweet, friendly and understanding. Very professional but has that at home feel when speaking with her! She is at the 1175 Pershing drive brand on Fort Knox.
Susan Loeffler at the Fort Knox branch was an absolute delight to work with. She was very patient with all the questions I had involving my loan. I will always recommend Susan.
Absolute trash customer service and "bank". Paid off my vehicle loan. Tried to get a copy lien termination to transfer to the state I'm currently living in and the representative kept me on hold for 20 minutes to tell me they "couldn't find proof of my account." They had no problem finding my account when I was paying them close to $300 a month.
Abound was wonderful and very professional. They took care of everything I needed . The ladies were so helpful and understood with empathy what loosing a spouse means.
Spoke with a Tiffany O. She did a fantastic job explaining my options. She was sweet professional and very patient with me.
Lisa Taylor has, on every meeting, simply been AMAZING. Also, the Branch Manger, Susan provided the highest quality advice and service. Both deserve recognition for excellence. Vr, Mr. R.Teolis Jr.
