We have been with Fort Knox Storage for 3 years now. Every time I go in to the office to ask a question or get help,  Aubrey is always professional and welcoming. The facility is always clean and smells good. The location is easily accessible. I have rented at other storage facilities and Fort Knox is by far the most professional. Having a happy helpful face, clean environment and top notch security seals the deal for me!

I stored with Fort Knox for over two years. From start to finish it was nothing but a positive experience. The facility was always super clean and well maintained. Aubrey the manager helped me out a lot in my last couple months and with my move out. She was always super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would definitely recommend storing here   10/10 experience.

I have heard nothing but great things about Fort Knox storage. I needed a place: big, clean, secure and safe enough to store some beautiful furniture I inherited from my Mother. When I went in I was in a hurry. Aubry was outstanding to work with. She understood my time frame and took me on her golf cart and I was signed up in 10 minutes after she showed me 3 units. She was helpful with the whole storage experience as well as an unrelated question I needed help with she took the time and taught me something related to a computer situation. Aubry is a wonderful asset to Fort Knox. I can see her owning a company. I give her an A++++! Lisa

Our company leased a few units here for around five years. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've dealt mostly with Aubrey and she has always been very professional. She was super patient with me over the last month we were there while we figured out if we were staying or leaving. If we are ever in need of another unit, we would definitely come back to Fort Knox without hesitation.

We had a really good experience with our storage unit. Very reasonably priced, staff were very friendly. The only issue was when we went to get our stuff out recently, everything was completely covered in dirt and dust. It’s the risk you take with outdoor storage I guess. Overall would recommend!

Fort Knox storage is absolutely wonderful. The kind woman at the front desk, Aubrey was so helpful and got me everything I needed! Their website is one of the best I've seen and is so easy to access your account. Best storage unit I've ever used and will definitely use it again!

I have absolutely loved using Fort Knox! This is not my first experience with their facility, and I knew after the first one that I would be back. Before Fort Knox I had no idea you could have so many good feelings from a storage facility, but they really go above and beyond to meet your needs and help you feel welcome and taken care of. I have recommended them to family and friends, and will continue to do so in the future! Everything from their friendly staff, storage units, and they extremely clean and well maintained bathroom are top notch.

So far this is a great storage unit facility to be at. At another facility my rent was doubled shortly after moving in, so I left that one and came to Fort Knox. Aubrey was great with showing me the different unit sizes so I could pick what I wanted.

Fort Knox is great! I had a storage unit there for a long time and it was easy, affordable, and no hassle. Their new manager Aubrey is amazing! So friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions.
