The Fort Worth Park & Recreation Department is responsible for over 200 of Fort Worth's parks, 12 community centers, municipal golf courses, aquatics centers and athletics fields, and much more. The Park & Recreation Department also oversees Heritage Plaza, the Fort Worth Nature Center and Wildlife Refuge, and two dog parks - Fort Woof and ZBonz.
