I just want to say, I've been a Fossil watch wearer for some time. I always buy from the store directly for a few reasons. I always get taken care of no matter the issue and yesterdays experience was no different. Courtney, a young gentleman helped me with a revolving issue I had with one of my watches that kept breaking even after sending it in a few times. It was a little worn, yet he gave me the full sales price store credit to get a new watch! I was able to upgrade to a hybrid smart watch for a mere $10 more. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received, and will continue to shop here!!!
There is usually a rude guy that works here. I come in often. He's not very welcoming. Gladly he wasn't there this visit. I came in to replace a watch battery. The girls were super nice and very helpful right away took my watch and changed the battery.
5 STARS - My experience at Fossil was extraordinary. Professionalism, expertise and excellent customer service by William made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. I visited the store twice, each time greeted by William with a smile. I was looking for a wallet for my wife and ended up getting a new work bag for myself. I’ve never shopped at Fossil, but my wife loves their leather wallets. William welcomed me and asked how my day was going. We chatted and he showed me some wallets. I didn’t see anything for my wife so I decided to look for a new wallet for me. Next thing I know, I was looking at their work bags. William started talking to me about the pros and cons of Fossil bags. He showed me various messenger bags, backpacks and other work bags. He asked me what I needed in a work bag and really took the time to listen to my needs. William showed me the benefits of this particular leather bag. He pointed out that this bag had a detachable strap, slide pockets, pen holders, a top handle, and even looked up the dimensions of the interior of the bag online. I mean, this messenger bag was perfect for me! I appreciate William’s patience and honesty. I never do reviews, but I gotta say, when shopping for a work bag, we all need a William! Fossil has gained a customer for life. I highly recommend this company.
Love Fossil watches. Getting a bit discouraged over the smart watches though. They seem to stop working @ the time the Warranty runs out. Also, the battery tends to run out after @ 8-10 hours.
I brought in a watch for my boyfriend in to swap out the tin box since it got a little banged up during shipping. I stopped in and Catherine took her time to make sure I got the right box and let me know about the free engraving I was able to take advantage of. Very excellent and prompt service! Definitely love shopping at this location and will love to work with Catherine again
We went into the Fossil store in the Woodlands mall. We were not planning to buy anything but the salesman Kyara was so great that we bought a Gen 6. He was so helpful that he even set up the app to use the watch. He was not afraid of spending time to discuss the pros and cons of the different watches and then the set up of the watch. We were so impressed we would go back just to see him.
I am amazed at the customer service of this store! The last time I went, I went in for an adjustment on a pair of sunglasses that I'd bought there before. We were helped by a kind man named Cortney. He told us that he has seen us in the store multiple times and wanted to help make things right. He was able to help me switch to a pair of sunglasses that worked for me. We were so happy for his help and attentiveness to the customers.
The last visit I had was not the most pleasant. I returned to the store today with no intention of buying, just browsing, however the store manager Victor worked with me and when I explained what happened last time he assured me that he would personally help make sure this experience was far better than the last. He helped get me into the watch I liked and made the whole buying experience overall pleasant. I will be back to this fossil location thanks to Victor.
I'd like to take the time to thank the staff here at fossil for the great service I received recently when visiting this location. One of the employees by the name of Moses was quick to help guide me and help me find a few watches and a necklace for my wife and wallet for myself and Katherine, Courtney and Steve were quick to help offer any further assistance when needed. I'd especially like to thank the store manager Victor for answering any and all questions I had and also for recommending specific items that would best fit me. Overall the staffs performances were top notch and I look forward to making further purchases with this location. Thanks again to you all over at fossil
HORRIBLE Manager First off I would like to say how I expected higher standards of hiring from fossil the manager Kelly on duty..I made sure to ask for her name on this particular day went out of her way to be extremely rude and condescending. I am appalled at how horrible her customer service skills are!! I even glanced over and caught her rolling her eyes as if the my concern of the product I purchased bothered her. Fossil, I hope you consider an alternative screening process for your EMPLOYEES!
