Rude customer service over the phone from a lady I had spoke with. Teach your up and coming employees to communicate efficiently when stating "we're closed" state permanently closed! I had to call mall customer service to find out accurate information because the Fossil store rep only had an attitude and knew we're closed.
Someone stole my package off my doorstep and all of the employees were understanding and helpful at the Pearland location i couldn't remember there names but they know who they are please give them all a raise if u could..peace
