Foster City Library

The library is excellent and management is quite praiseworthy. Neatly maintained and all languages books collection is an attraction Children section and friends shop are also an added point.

The Foster City library had a great selection for everyone including children who are learning to read. My son had a great experience here and the staff was also very nice and attentive. We checked out several books and the process was quick and easy. We look forward to returning!

Bright, airy space. Good programs. Free wifi. Nice collection. Central location within Foster City and very accessible. Ongoing booksale.

Library is very nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Counter Ladies helped me in making library card in few minutes and informing me about how library works. Nice place to sit and read books, free wifi, you can also borrow books and take home without any charge for 21 days, you can search book online and put it on hold also. Overall its very nice and tidy place. Thank-you.

Foster City Public Library is large,modern,fine and valuable.It is a reader’s paradise : It is digital for self check outs and can have easy returns on due dates plus one can also access it online with a library card.The librarian Devon was very polite and courteous and introduced me to the way,the library functions,what can I and my son expect as new members to the library.

Good clean library .. not a match for the San Mateo and Burlingame that have so much of corporate donations

Nice space. This library is spacious, airy and well cared for. I like it a lot. Wish they had better weekend hours!

This is a very well resourced public library with a wonderful and inviting section for the kids. There are self dispensing laptops stations for kids and adults as well as iPad for the younger children. Spacious and well laid out. Thoroughly recommended for little people to broaden their horizons and spend some time here. Park and lake just across the road from the library for afterward too. Nice building; noisy people. Staff, readers, adults, teenagers, kids. All talking loudly as if this is a theme park. I already put on my headphones and tune the music to the loudest. Still can hear their screaming and laughing. Worst reading experience ever.
