I had a change in dental insurance through work, this place was close to my job; how perfect! Called to become a new patient, they called me back right away. started a dental plan as I need some work done. Went to my first visit to get a cavity fixed. Two weeks later I am still in pain. Called and left 3 voicemails over the last two weeks with still no call back. Sought out another dentist today for help who brought me in right away. Due to the excessive drilling to fix the cavity, I now have an infection and am in need for a root canal. This dental office still will not call me back. Mind you, I did need some work done, but none of my teeth caused me any pain, i have been in pain ever since they so called fixed my cavity. Unreal!!!!!!

Horrible experience. Their insurance department is terribly incompetent it’s comical. Will never recommend this practice ever again. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people and go somewhere where you’re actually cared for as a patient and not just a cash cow.

Took my son 9 in for cavities. This dental group was in network whereas a lot of pediatric dentists are not in network. His recommendation saved our family $$$ and am so happy to have found this group! No unnecessary recommendations made the visit a breeze.

I am totally happy with faulk road dental. I have been a patient for 4+ years and the office members have always been courteous Dr. Michael Duffy has been an awesome dentist. He is kind, caring and courteous. I only have accolades for him He is a 10 I definitely recommend this practice. Jean toy

I’ve been a patient of Foulk Road Dental for almost 8 years now and we just started bringing our children 6 and 3, too. I have been very pleased with the care we receive and have recommended this office others. Dr Kuipers is our primary dentist. He is professional and friendly and I never feel like he’s trying to “sell” me on unnecessary procedures.

This dental office takes care and compassion to the next level. Whether you are going for a routine cleaning or more extensive dental work, they treat you with respect, taking the time to make you feel comfortable every step along the way. They are never on time. There is always a wait, even when I am the first appointment. The employees are generally unhappy and complaining to each other a LOT of turn over. I've had a "temp" before since they cannot keep employees. Sometimes even after the hygienist has finished you wait for the dentist to come in and look at the x-rays. I've had to leave because the wait to see the dentist was so long after the cleaning. Last time I was in they told me I had two cavities I should have had filled years ago. I asked why they hadn't mentioned in the past 8 visits- no answer. I asked what the cost would be to me personally and then got a much larger bill. I asked them to consider accepting what the insurance company did pay and they declined. After 5 years of putting up with all of this, I'm happy to move to another dentist.

Update: This is my primary Dentist. I have texts from them about scheduling appointments from the last six months. Dr. Kulpers had told me at my last appointment to come back and get the rest of my teeth fixed. I called and told the receptionist Dr.Kulpers has told me if the oral surgeon would not take it out being covered under my insurance that he could do it. When I called the receptionist said there is no record of that. A few minutes later a Doctor there, Dr. Russo called me. I am still in excruciating pain, he told me I am not allowed back at this dentist because of the 'way I talked to his receptionist. She has made claims, I asked for evidence because I believe she misheard me because half my face is swollen and in pain. They sent me some old xrays via email and are refusing at this point to even give me anti-biotics for my tooth pain. I could actually die from an infection in my tooth and they are refusing to help me, a patient of theirs for six months. 11:30 am Weds Jan 22 I am really upset with this doctor as I sit here in excruciating pain and they refuse to help me. I spoke to Paige and I spoke to Courtney and my first time I went to Foulk Rd they didn't even pull anything just gave me an xray and referred me to an oral surgeon that WOULD NOT pull my tooth because its not impacted. So I went back to the dentist desperate for relief. Both receptionist refused to help me because I had already been referred out. The doctor told me the first time i went if the oral surgeons couldn't do it and that he could. Im really sad I thought I found a decent dentist and they just pass the buck to others. Also their text message system won't stop texting me because I am a patient there, yet they won't help me with an appointment?

I have been under the care of Dr. Edwin Kuipers for over 12 years. He and other doctors and staff are kind, considerate, and very knowledeable. I feel valued during each visit.
