Foundation Fitness is Arkadelphia's premier gym! We offer a variety of cardio equipment as well as strength training machines, free weights, a dry sauna, and tanning.
At Foundation Foods we offer a full menu, daily lunch specials, smoothies, and specialty coffee drinks. We are also happy to help you with your catering or party needs.

The equipment is dated and the hours are inconvenient. They're only open a few hours Saturday morning and a few hours on Sunday night. In my few years of going, they've never once refilled the paper towels in the bathroom. It's dimly lit, and they're usually playing bad music that you can hear even with headphones on. This would all be fine if they didn't charge $25/month like a premium gym, but you definitely do not get what you pay for.

Not happy working out in 83 degrees. No air conditioning doesn’t work for me.
I have been going to this gym for about 5 years. I have lost alot of weight thanks to my trainer and am proud of this place.
A decent place to work out at. They are sometimes late opening up.
