I moved out at the end of January 2018 and was told my deposit would be mailed to me. It's June now and I still haven't received it.  I've stopped by once, called, sent numerous emails to the front desk and Barry and have received ZERO responses back. This place used to be better run but the two ladies, Kylie and Amy, left.  I've given them ample opportunity to contact me and make this right but have gotten no response.  Don't rent a space here. If you do, insist on not paying a deposit. You will not get it back.

Best co-working spot in Dallas, hands down.  Amazing staff, all the amenities you'd ever want, super professional environment with serious professionals working in the space, everything is completely taken care of for you so you can focus on your business!

My company officed at The Foundry when we were just getting started. I can't say enough good things about it. Amy was so friendly and helpful, she made it a great place to go to work everyday. There are many networking opportunties and a great positive enviorment for any business. I recommend The Foundry to any business looking for a great office to help you grow.

Great office and coworking spaces. I really like the 5th floor views out over 75. Everyone there have been very kind and accommodating. Great overall space with solid amenities for leasing office space.

Did an offsite project meeting here. It was pretty nice. There was a little confusion with our booking time, but we worked it out. Nice facility and great location

Attended a Christmas party Initiative threw here. Great crowd! They are really up to something big here. Connecting different people from different Churches something that has never been done

We have been blown away with this synergy from The Foundry EBC members who office at the Mockingbird Station location.  This is The Place for entrepreneurs to office and do business.

Its a cool office space with a nice view, looks out over north Dallas from the 5th floor.

I will miss the warmth.
