FITT Training (Food Intensity Therapy Training) deals with the four elements of being truly healthy and fit. You must have proper nutrition: a meal plan customized for your body and metabolism. Second, you must have intensity. Pace and focus present a major challenge for those training by themselves or with demotivated training partners. Therapy: stretching, muscle tightness, and not being aligned can cause some major issues when it comes to both weight loss and creating an impressive physique. Finally, there's training. This is where many of us live, but you CANNOT out exercise a bad diet.
I can help you with one or all of these. I have worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from 55 year old stroke patients to wining fitness and physique competitors. One common thing that I saw is that ALL of them fell short in at least two of these areas. STOP spinning tires. Let me get you out of the wellness rut and get you driving on solid ground.
