Beware--- if you have polycystic ovarian syndrome, their laser hair removal treatments will not permanantly remove your facial hair!!! I found the staff very friendly and atmosphere nice, but I do wish they hadn't led me on and told me that my results would be permanant. The services were really expensive and I would have not gotten them if I would have known my hair would all grow back within a matter of months, even worse than ever! :To add to the disapointment of paying so much for absolutely nothing, it is a crazy far drive from Cincinnati, and you have to get multiple treatments done. I drove up there probably 8 times total something like a 45 minute drive one way!!, and am now back to waxing, shaving, plucking. Which sucks!! I am very, very bummed out about the whole experience.
I have been going to Fountain of Youth for the past year to get Laser Hair Removal with their technician Chelsea. I have always had the best experience here, which is probably why I am so addicted! I keep adding new areas for laser and even started with some skin care treatments. With there reasonably prices, I don't know why people would go anywhere else!
Bought a groupon and made an appointment near end of June. App was for July 14. Now a few days before July 14th and they cancelled my appointment and moved it back 2 additional weeks. My groupon expires in 6 days. I wonder why they cancelled /s.
Horrible customer service. I went to use my groupon for hair laser removal and was sent home and told to contact group for a refund. The hair that is lasered needs to be dark. My hair is blond. The person interacting with me had no patience and told me sorry we will refund your money. There was never any mention of using the money for a different service.
Fantastic Staff! They were great at answering all my questions! Definitely recommend to anyone.
