Went there this evening for a school event and I can't tell you how much fun I had with my three kids. Very inexpensive fun. The music was fire the whole time. I was very proud of my kids who eventually didn't need to use the helper. I hadn't skated since rollerblades in HS. I had a lot of fun. The bathrooms were clean the the concession stand was inexpensive. I will be visiting again soon... but next time without the kiddos haha

Fountain Valley Skate is a neighborhood mainstay; a place to skate to the tunes of all eras. It is a great place to throw birthday parties of any age and to have a great skating experience at any skill level. There are themed evening skates where age restrictions apply, so be sure to check the schedule online. The entrance fee and skate rental fees are reasonable, and you can bring your own skates if you prefer. I believe they also have a selection of arcade games with ticket redemption and prizes, but it was closed in the evening. There is also a small food area where you can purchase food and snacks.
Decent place for a skate session. Bummed that they cut ours short by 10 minutes since we didn't expect it. So we were planning on our last laps after the game time and then didn't get it. The rink floor has some rough areas which can trip you up some if you're a beginner going slowly which is a bummer. Seems like they could refinish it. Large rink and has some tables and seats for breaks. Also has a good snack bar with some variety of foods and drinks. Check the website for skate session times. Don't just go and assume you can walk in. Good experience over all.
Had a blast skating. Haven't done it in years. My sister wanted to go and the staff there was really nice. It was an adult skating night but they were super great about making sure we got out to the slower zones and if we needed help and the guy came up and briefed us about like what adult skating looks like and people on the outside and inside and it was a lot of fun. Bathrooms are clean It's an older building, an older amenities but they keep it pretty clean. Great workout!
The skates are really dirty Is someone gets hurt everyone need to get out the ring. They have games during the skate time. In the pic the girl has her own skates
Location doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's a blast once you are in. If you can avoid going on the weekend and visit during the week, you will find it more enjoyable. Weekends are slammed with parties and events. It gets crowded and difficult to move around, but they keep the action going on the skating rink so it's easy enough to find your way.. Don't plan on hanging around the big tables too long, they shift parties through them every half hour or so.
Super fun! Adult skate night had awesome music and the crowd wasn't too crazy no crashes that I saw. 10/10 will go again! FYI- You can bring your own skates or rent, and there are lockers for personal belongings but they ONLY take quarters, SO BRING A DOLLAR OR TWO!
This place is a relic from the past. As such, it could stand a deep cleaning on the carpets and arcade machines. The snack bar is awesome, though. Fairly cheap snacks!
If you use to roller blades bring them. Wonderful workers,good fun.
