We held our wedding reception at the Fountains of Loveland this past weekend and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Our point of contact and coordinator was Kristy, who was absolutely incredible to work with! She is very well organized, super responsive, personable, and went far above the scope of her job to ensure our party turned out exactly the way we envisioned. She cared about each and every detail; she went on a napkin hunt for me to find the perfect color, helped with the bottles for the centerpieces, and even arranged the roses the morning of the reception so they were perfectly bloomed for that evening. Her team did a fantastic job decorating the ballroom, serving drinks/food, and were very friendly and accommodating to our guests. The bartenders at our reception were good and the food was well made and beautifully served. The convenience of having a restaurant/bar and hotel right on site is a huge perk and saved us from having to arrange a lot of transportation. The FOL is a beautiful place for a wedding at a great value. I highly recommend this venue!

Hands down the worst service I have ever paid for. I started working with the Fountains about a year and a half ago. Since that time they have gone through 5 event coordinators. The last "event coordinator" is actually a hotel employee. My wedding day started out well but went downhill after the reception started. The food was supposed to be served at 7 and wasn't started till 9:15 which meant some of my guests didn't start to eat till 9:30 as it was a buffet style meal. My mother was understandably very upset at this point and tried to get answers to which there was many and very different. One was that the chef wasn't there, another was staff didn't show up. another was the chicken had burnt. After this point my bridesmaids had to pour champagne to my guests as there wasn't anyone on staff to do so. My bridesmaid and Aunt had to cut my cake as well. Truly a terrible experience.

My husband and I got married there last summer and it was horrible! To begin, our wedding planner quit half way through our planning which you would think The Fountains of Loveland would contact us to let us know she no longer works there, but failed to do that. I had to email and call several times before I got a hold of someone to find out who my new contact was. When we went to meet with the new people they had no idea what they were doing and wanted to change multiple things months before the wedding. When we went to have our rehersal we discovered that the gazebo had been completely flooded and we were no longer able to use the area. When we asked to get our money back for the gazebo rental fee they told us they couldnt. So we spent $900 for a space we couldn't use. I called for months after the wedding to try and get a hold of someone to get our money back but never did. They blew us off like we didn't matter. Not to mention the day of the wedding the staff was very unorganized. We had asked to do the bottomless mimosas and they told us after the 2nd bottle we couldn't have anymore. Anytime we had a question about something the staff was nowhere to be found. When the ceremony started the staff was on their phones while trying to arrange the bridal party to enter paying little to no attention to what was going on. Once the reception started and the bar opened but the bartender we had to pay for was nowhere to be found. They had a young boy try to bartender who didn't even know how to make a rum and coke. Luckily we had all our friends and family there and made the best of the situation. I would not recommend getting married here.

Kristi and staff did an AMAZING job for a 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration. Kristi was very helpful, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend The Fountains of Loveland for any event!!!

Kristi did an awesome job making my wedding the best day ever. The space turned out amazing. She made all transitions as smooth as possible. I would absolutely recommend The Fountains!

What a great spot for a reception, event, or wedding! Just went here last weekend for a friends wedding and it was a small but very nice venue! The staff is friendly, the catered food from this venue is good, and there is a nice outside area with a pond. The outside area has seating as well, grass, beautiful garden, pond with fish, etc.  If you need a great sized venue that is very nice, comfortable, and from what I heard, affordable, this may just be your place!

Went to a wedding for a friend, GREAT reception!
