I just read Mrs. Begay's review that said four corners family dental treats you bad if you have Medicaid. I'm sorry that you weren't treated like you wanted to be treated but I have to respond to your review because I have Medicaid and I went to four corners family dental and they treated me very professionally and friendly. My Medicaid didn't cover partials or deep cleaning but four corners family dental went above and beyond and contacted Medicaid themselves and got them to approve for my partial as well as my deep cleaning. So I didn't have to have all my teeth pulled out
Due to not having a provider, they have to refer out and that process ended up being a pain and not worth it. A tiny cavity ended up being worse because of this process and not knowing and the wait times, don't waste your time. They used to be amazing. Key word used to be
I was very pleased with the Four Corners family dentistry service from start to finish. The office was clean and welcoming, and I felt like I was in good hands. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist that takes excellent care of their patients. I had a great first experience with dental practitioner and the staff at this Dental Center. I felt completely comfortable and confident to my exam chair for my consultation, which helped me feel more relaxed than I have in long time! I would recommend this place to others who are looking for quality care!
I visited four corners family dentistry for a regular dental check-up. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The doctor explained all procedures and answered all questions. I am glad I made the appointment with this office years ago because I have reliable dentist for life. Every time I visited them for a regular check-up, they gave me healthy tips to maintain healthy dental habits. In addition, they shared a planner so I could follow them regularly. As a result I no longer have dental issues and no worries. Highly recommend!
Would not recommend to anyone who have Medicaid, which is what most Native Americans have. If you have excellent insurance, yeah! I'm sure they'd treat you better and schedule your appointments in 2-3 months time. The dentist I've assigned as my primary, gave me an option of what Medicaid does provide. She even saved my tooth and gave me a silver cap with my insurance! If you even try to call their office, they never answer. And say they've tried to call you, but never did on my phone log, so I wasn't able to confirm. So dissatisfied with this place. My new dentist is willing to fix what they did not even finish.
I went to four corners family dentistry for a root canal because I was looking to have a tooth pulled. I had root canal done by a dental assistant, initally I was reluctant and scared, but soon they explained the procedure. They assured that it would be painful but I'll survive through it. This assurance encouraged me and they started the treatment. The staff was very caring and professional.they listened to me about my pain level was, took the time to talk through treatment options, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I am glad I visited this dentistry for my treatment.
Friendly office, short wait time, great dentist. They will work out your payment options with you.
These guys are crooks. They take advantage of helpless old ladies. My mom went in and they told her she has two cavities. We went to our family dentist to ask a question about the cavities, he looked, and there was nothing there. Scammers and crooks here.
Absolute worst customer service EVER. They have screwed up with their scheduling twice now and I am the one that has to pay the price not them. They actually had the nerve to tell me today that my kids are seen here as a curiosity because they are on Medicaid. So my kids are less because they have Medicaid…. are you serious. I will NEVER come back here because the girl they have managing the front is absolutely horrific. Will also never recommend to anyone ever again.
I would prefer to leave no star. Avoid this place @ all cost. I had 3 of my kids referred here by Dr. Herman's office. Biggest mistake EVER. Dr. Dubak did a horrible job on all 3 of my kids. 1 of my daughter got her crown placed in backwards & he told us to just buy new retainers from Herman's office after he damage the retainers by drilling a hole thru it. Then he denies his mistake by saying I ddnt put it in backwards. When my daughter wore those retainers daily right after he places the crown it no longer fits. My other daughter was left with a rough filling & never smoothed out that while she was numb a sharp edge of the filling cut her up. My son had a filling done but still in a lot of pain he went bck 4x after they were still unable to fix it. His 5th time bck they finally told him he needed a root canal & which was now to late cuz an infection set in Abscess in his gums. On top of this they quote my son close to $2000.00. My daughter's went to Arizona to get the rest of there dental work fixed while there I guess my daughters were told that the dental work done on them was very sloppy No1 should have to go thru dis kind of treatment. My son is now being fix by Mountain dental. It's obvious that Dr Dubak can no longer do Dental treatments or care for people he needs to retire maybe he can't see anymore or getting old don't know but somebody needs to report him to the Dental Association.
