Four Point by Sheridan

The customer service is awesome. Cassandra and Jennifer did everything to make my stay welcoming. They made me feel at home. Location is perfect shopping area, restaurants and work close by. Free parking.Rooms: 4/5

Read reviews as usual before I reserve So glad I did not go by the reviews because thay were not true saw for myself. The hotel was very nice, clean, fairly new. Staff was very nice housekeeping checked to see what we needed. Rooms: Very NICE. Clean. Quiet

Decent hotel, but not the level of service you'd expect. Room had a funky wet dog smell and had to call 2 nights in a row and was only offered some spray to mask the smell.Rooms: 3/5

It has been a great place. Very clean and safe . I would highly recommend it . I don't remember the man's name that check me in but he was very friendly. Rooms: Very clean .

This was not the best experience I have had before. Unable to access rooms as electronic keycards were not working. However Ms. Jennifer made the experience bearable. She was professional and tried everything in her power to resolve the issue. It is solely her excellence that makes me willing to give them another opportunity.Rooms: 3/5

Looks much better in the pictures than in person. It was 40 degrees outside and the AC was turned on when we arrived in the room. There was a light in the room, but there was no place to plug it in, so it was kind of dark. The water doesn't get very hot when taking a shower, and the curtains were torn. Very disappointed after staying in the Sheraton the night before. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, so I expected much better.

This place is the epitome of an unprofessional dump. It is not worth one dime or points used for the service and the quality. We checked in around 11pm to be told that our room wasn't ready and we had to be put in another room. I pulled back the covers around midnight to see blood marks in one bed, and more stains in the other. There was hair in both beds as well. I tried calling the lobby and no one picked up. My husband went downstairs to find two people not even sure if one of them worked here just talking. They stated that they didn't have any more rooms and gave him a change of sheets for us to change ourselves. They didn't add the comforter because there was supposedly no more. It was obvious this room wasn't even cleaned. Fast forward to the next morning, I went to ask for a manager and the girl at the front said she wouldn't be in till Monday and she couldn't do anything for a refund or change of room. I asked for our room to be fully cleaned and she said "probably not because we don't have the staff, but I will for sure have the sheets completely changed and more tissue added today before you stay again tonight" there was no toilet paper ! The same day, we come back around midnight after an all day event to absolutely nothing cleaned or changed. There are so many things wrong with this place. So, don't be fooled by the cool eclectic modern decor in the lobby when you first walk in, because you may be sleeping in someone else's sweat and blood. I’ll NEVER stay at a Sheraton ever again!

As a titanium elite member that stays at many Marriott hotels often, this stay was a huge disappointment. I would not stay again, nor would I recommend others stay with so many other options available in the area. The entire hotel was humid and hot. The room had a very STRONG mildew/mold smell. The drain in the sink barely worked and it took quite a while for the water to drain. The water could only be turned on for a few seconds at a time or it would back up. I have never left a bad review for a Marriott location, but this location did not meet a single expectation. If my car had a shower, sleeping in my car would have been a better option.
