Four Points by Sheraton Newburgh Stewart Airport

The staff was so extremely helpful, polite, and cheerful. We have been trying to change a reward points email for quite a while, won't bore you with details, but couldn't get it done by anyone by phone, email, or any other way. They were able to do it for us.....easily. The people in reception were very helpful and made check-in a complete breeze, while being happy to see us, and having smiles on their faces the entire time. Hotel, room, common areas, public bathrooms, were all clean and well lit. I will say that I could hear people in the parking lot, so perhaps a bit noisier than I expected, but in fairness our room was right on the parking lot and I didn't hear anything until the morning when people were getting into their cars so really not a negative. Happy surprise, the bar was open when we got there at night and we had a couple of drinks. The bartenders were very polite, attentive, and entertaining. Had a really good, relaxing evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Overall, a very nice experience. We were in town for a family wedding. The hotel was full-up with guests, but the staff were all courteous, friendly, and attentive at all times. They were all especially kind to all the young children our group had. I can't speak about the location for access to anything else, but it was close enough to everything we needed for the wedding weekend. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a little small, but it's a bathroom: there was room enough to shower, shave, and do whatever else one needs to do in a bathroom. How much more space do you really need?

Front desk was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were awful, like sleeping with a balled up towel. Bathroom in the room was tiny. The smell of pot often came into our room. No room services happens during our 3 night stay despite us requesting it. We had to go get clean towels and more toilet paper from the front desk every time. Free breakfast = bagels that side bit seem fresh with butter & jelly. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was because they advertised the included breakfast. Pool was good & the kids enjoyed it.

We travel a lot for work and it is always a 50/50 on what you will find in hotels. This hotel has been one of our better finds. The staff were all very pleasant, very helpful, and obviously committed to excellence. The entire establishment is clean, comfy, and welcoming. The individual rooms are clean, the heat and air are very sufficient, the bed linens are clean, the window treatments efficiently block light at night, the shower is perfect for a tall person, water pressure is perfect, and the water temperature is easily adjusted inside the shower. The bed... oh my goodness, the bed. Our bed was so comfortable we like a softer sleep, the pillows were perfect for us, the bed linens were very obviously clean AND warm. I struggle to stay warm in most hotels and that was not an issue at all in this hotel. There are diners, gas stations, and stores within walking distance. If we ever get a job in this area again we will be staying here again.

My daughter's bridal shower was there. We had 3 rooms with 9 ladies..The accommodation was perfect. The staff, reception, and managers were all helpful, caring and reaching out to make our stay as our happy place. Thank you so very much for leaving us with great memories to treasured .Rooms: 5/5

Beautiful clean rooms. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the area made great suggestions where you can go to have a nice dinner and drinks. Great location close to everything

So I had stayed here in October and it was not horrible. My husband tried to stay here just this week. He received a call the day before his reservation was supposed to start and told they were having "system" issues and would be forced to move his reservation to a sister hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott. He was verbally promised the same amenities and more importantly, the same rate. Well, there was no breakfast AND no microwave AND the bill is $100 higher. Our grandson lives in this area and now that COVID is over, we will be visiting three or four times a year. I don't know if you all deserve another chance. Oh, and thank you so much for contributing to a horrible start to a visit.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but looks are deceiving. The rooms are small and poorly maintained. Both our main door and bathroom door wouldn’t close or open. It took a great deal of effort and jammed finger to close the main door. Hallways smelled of pot and mold. Very disappointed in this place. Staff was friendly but offered no help.

Needed a place to stay at around $100 budget, king size room for $89 worked out great. It was clean, everybody was very courteous. I enjoyed my stay I definitely would return.

First of all, the management is chaos. We checked in at 4pm, waited at the lobby till 5:40 for a clear room. Because lack of staff during weekends?! Secondly, the bedding smells somehow. Thirdly, the air conditioner is broken and leaking the whole night. The floor is wet! I think it is my worst hotel experience.
