A friend and I stayed here for three nights for my 30th birthday. The staff went above and beyond surprising us with champagne and chocolates. The hotel is stunning and the staff is top notch. We both had massages at the spa and it was the best massages we ever had. Highly recommend anyone to stay at one of the best hotels in Paris. Will definitely be back!
Next time I will book Four Seasons! The smell and beauty when you walk through the doors is wonderful. I've stayed I'm many Four Seasons properties...but this one looks to take the cake! Met lovely people in the bar but mostly loved the ambiance.
First of all it's the staff there that make this a great hotel property. Once you get used to the elegance and the beauty of where you actually are you feel quite special. Amazing service, amazing kindness, overall so very happy with this lovely hotel
Amazing, super nice and lovely staff. The hotel is very nice and super clean. Typical four seasons standards, one of the best hotels around the world. Breakfast has very limited options but you can order from the menu on the card .
All five stars to this luxurious establishment. Every single detail makes you feel pampered and rich. Beautiful warm and pleasing. There for your indulgence. If you can afford it do not hesitate.
Tonight I was approached by an extremely rude staff member. A petite woman with stringy brown hair, no makeup and a scowl… outside of your lounge/ bar area. It was my birthday and I knew when I began the evening that I’d end my evening at the Four Seasons bar to have one drink before saying goodnight. I went back to this bar because I have many wonderful memories created there with my Greg, who is now gone. Long story short, I was told the bar was full, even though I saw 2 sofa areas and one bar stool open. There were no Reserved signs out. I was spoken to rudely and shown little respect. IF there had been a friendly exchange of words I would have felt better about what I was being told. My suggestion is that management should find this staff member and tell her she shouldn’t talk down to people. Your clientele is not going to tolerate being treated rudely and it’s will be no surprise when someone lashes out at her! And btw, you never know who you are talking too… And now with the feeling that I have, I don’t think I will ever return to the George V. Au revoir!
Absolutely fantastic experience. We just had the hot chocolate we're not millionaires but we were treated very well and made to feel welcome. Highly recommended.Service: 5/5

As soon as u enter the reception, u feel like u "ve entered a real fairytale.!!!!! incredible and heavenly spaces everywhere, reminiscent of other magical times, a wonderful staff, ready 2 serve u 24 hours a day, rooms and suites exude incredible nobility, 3 divine restaurants, and a magical luxury in the spa, pools, steam room, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi.!!!!!!!!!! .I highly recommend it 2 all the people on if they really want to feel what it's like 2 b a king or a queen.!!!!!!!!! 100 huge thumbs up 2 all the staff, 100 huge thumbs up 2 the general manager of this dream hotel, and 100 huge thumbs up 2 the owners who "ve given the whole , such a divine masterpiece!!!!!. Definitely one of the most top hotels in the .!!!!!!
The hotel is a dream the concierge service was an expensive nightmare. We trusted the concierge in planning several reservations during our stay. For one of our most important reservations, the concierge did not provide us with our tickets to the ballet, causing us to miss the show. They could have provided us the tickets electronically via email, they could have printed the tickets and included them with our itinerary when we checked in, they could have sent us a specific reminder as they did for every other detail during our stay, and most importantly they could have provided the tickets to us when we spoke with the concierge in person an hour and a half before to the show to request transportation. The concierge staff, including the manager were very defensive and unkind about this situation. This is not the kind of response we expect from the Four Seasons. While they have promised to reimburse us for the cost of the tickets 750€, missing this classic performance during the winter holidays in Paris was a priceless loss.
