Four Seasons Sports Complex is your go-to fitness center complete with fabulous amenities four you and your family. We offer more than 30 group fitness classes every week in our Aerobics Warehouse. Four Seasons is proud to offer a highly certified staff of personal trainers to help you accomplish your goals by designing a personalized program. Our experts have extensive backgrounds in fitness education and are prepared to work with you to design a realistic pl an that will produce real and lasting results.
Families matter at Four Seasons, and we have many fun and exciting family programs including a summer camp, an early learning center as well as before and after care for school age children. Throughout the year, we offer specialty sports camps like the indoor recreational soccer and lacrosse. In addition to our programs we also host special events including birthday parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, lock-ins, field trips for schools, camps and more.
Beat the heat on a hot summer day and get a day pass to our cool and refreshing swimming area. We are home to Carroll Aquatics, which offers a summer swim club with two outdoor pools and also has an enclosed lap pool for the winter. Lessons, swim teams, and social events are all available.
