It's getting me by since USAA left me homeless. No guests or pets or anything allowed - but that keeps the druggies away. Good sized fridge. Is very old and dated. It is clean and the cleaning people are friendly and do an excellent job. The owners are friendly I have seen them run off people though - they do mean business when they say no guests! Fortunately I haven't been on that end - the place has been very safe so far so I trust they know what they're doing. Internet varies between great and spotty.
Pay an extra 20 bucks and get a decent room anywhere else. Cuz I'm Prince Charles if this dump is worth 70 dollars a night. No hot water, all sorts of foul s*#t in the tub, no heat. Don't know how the owner of this lovely establishment hasn't found him or herself at the receiving end of a law suit
The reason why I gave the 4U five stars is the owners are very good people they do not put up with nonsense I like that. My little efficiency has always been neat and clean and if anything breaks down they fix it right away. And I've been here a while. If You're expecting The Ritz-Carlton then you better be looking somewhere else but it is neat and clean and 99% of time is quiet.
A lil bit of a Gestapo about visitors and you would think for what they charge and given the quality of the rooms they'd be a lil nicer about the visitors especially since I'm visiting #=r
The rooms were not clean it smell like old motel room their prices are high for older model stuff on room they do not allow dogs will not go back can't afford to fix things, the water in the sink did not work the owner's son said do not use the sink in the kitchen just the one in the bathroom
Managers are rude, mean & noisy. The guy said I wasn't allowed on the property because he was convinced he has kicked me off the property before. I have never in my life been there, so obviously he has me confused with someone else but no matter what I tell him, I'm wrong and he's right?? Not about this he's not! !
Room was very clean, owners were very nice, no noise, would stay there again for sure
Rooms were in need of a remodeling, or maybe even a good cleaning at least. Bathroom had visible mold and the floor boards were rotting.
