We stayed at their hotel. Very clean and new.  Nice receptionists. We had everything we needed in our room; Microwave, fridge, coffee machine, walk in shower, and a nice bed. If only we would have won some money while there lol but you can’t win every time I suppose  would stay again tho.

Nice place, small. Friendliness an service are lacking. A small smoking room wear your mask or you will gag from nicotene stinch Just because we smoke does not mean we want to wreak of nicotene!! Went in stayed 10 min an left to the larger one. Much nicer.

Staff was great. The gaming was pretty good. Atmosphere is that of a typical casino. The table game limits are priced correctly for this area. I will continue to frequent this establishment. Sometimes you are a winner, sometime you leave the cash and walk home crying.

Small, and half the machines werent working. What a joke. Glad i didn't lose any money. The only redeeming factor, is the mixed drinks aren't too overpriced. I think $7 for a Rum & Coke. Otherwise, not a pleasant place. Not to mention you get scanned like the TSA works here

Smaller casino with big fun! Great place to go to relax and enjoy some games. Really good and affordable food at the Timbers restaurant. Friendly staff too! Indoor smoking area if you need.

I go here to eat frequently and tonight apparently my husband made the cashier mad. He went up to get an extra plate but the server didn't come out for awhile and he didn't want to walk into the kitchen, so he waited for the cashier to get done with people and went to  ask her and she said to him, now I have to walk all the way over there, like really. She was not happy at all, like we bothered her. She was not busy Hope Natalie has a better night, that was the cashier's name.

First casino i have ever been too...probably will never go to another.  Went to get dinner and the person at the counter was very quiet, not welcoming, very difficult to hear. I ordered a BLT...it came and it was some veggie sandwich which i returned. He scolded me on how he had said VLT 3 times. They brought me correct food and then the waitress also found it necessary to lecture me on how to order next  time. Trust me.. there won't be a next time.

First of all they allowed everyone I was with by the way wich were all younger to just walk by and then I d. Me  then I withdraw money from the  decide to break 40 down into all 5 the machine only gives me 35 then it took at least 10 15 minutes of me waiting there to talk to the right person although different workers approach me they couldn't help me saying that they would get someone now after the wait finally the right person is here only to tell me I'd still have to wait for someone in servalince to come to get footage from camera another 10 minutes I have to wait so now that they see that I'm telling the truth and not just standing waiting for 5dollas that wasn't mine they now say well they can't give it back to me in cash I'd have to wait for a check in the mail or they could give me instant credit ‍ ik crazy rt

My wife and I got flyers matching other casino rewards, four winds casino states bring in competitors coupon offers rewards and we will match, since Bay Mills Casino is paperless they send our rewards electronically, my wife which is Asian showed her card and had no issues, I came in the next day and showed offer on my phone and they refused me If you offer rewards please honor them

Smaller in size but not in excitement, well layed out, very well cleaned and super friendly and helpful staff. We enjoy visiting all 4 of four winds locations, this one is just so cute
