I ordered a sectional from here on October 4th, and was told it would ship to the warehouse on the 9th, which it did…it was delivered today by two very nice guys, who took the liberty of removing my old sofa for me as well! Every member of the staff was kind and hospitable too! I even called to thank them for delivering a beautiful sectional to me and making the process so easy! Thanks to all of you! I love my new sectional!
Found these guys online pretty close to us and went to check em out today, they're a small family owned place with a pretty nice size selection of stuff!! Super friendly serviceno one hanging over your shoulder bothering you while you look, but they're definitely there if you have any questions!!! We love our couch and it was delivered sooo quick we couldn't be happier!!
Impressed with the customer service and the patience Paul Belcher and folks at Fowlers had! We came later towards closing ,my wife and I were not pressured or pushed in any way they stayed open until we decided. Very thankful for these fine folks!
I was the only customer in the store. The sales person was nice and not overbearing. As I was walking thru the store looking at furniture, I saw the manager sitting at a desk. He never acknowledged my existence and appeared to care nothing about what was going on in the store it was a small room. Left a bad impression with me. Was going to purchase a couch and changed my mind.
Fantastic customer service! I emailed desperately needed a sofa after moving into a new apartment. They called me up and found one in stock that was delivered the next day. Amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Will absolutely be buying more stuff from them in the future!
Got a bed and a couch from Fowler’s, and they are both of exceptional quality! The salesperson, Jason, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me or make me feel like I was just another potential sale. He helped me find a sectional that looks beautiful in my home and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever owned. On top of that, delivery was prompt and service was excellent on that end as well. Allen and one of his workers set up my bed for me very quickly and efficiently, and were friendly guys to chat with. I need a new coffee table here soon - you can bet who I’m going to visit first!
Good quality furniture, lots of unique pieces that you don't find anywhere else. Plenty of parking, and the best thing is the employees aren't pushy salespeople like you find in other shops! They carry the name brands like Coaster, Catnapped, etc.
Eh. They sold us a couch that was supposedly damaged during shipment to their store. It just had some picks in it, I didn’t mind. It was nothing a fabric shaver couldn’t fix. We bought it and asked to pick it up 2 weeks later when our house was ready as we didn’t have storage at the time. Once we got it to the house and started fixing this picks, we noticed it had dog or cat hair in all of the creases!!! It was like piled in there too. I didn’t notice this at the store. I think they sold us a used couch as I’m not sure how else the animal hair could have gotten in all of the creases and cracks. I think that is also where the picks came from, I do not think it was damaged during shipment. These people are just oddly shady and have weird vibes
Bought a mattress here on a Friday. $900 worth. The salesman was an older nice gentleman who was very helpful. None of this reflects him, management only. He did not process the order or take my money. Told it would have to be ordered the following Monday and delivered to the store that Friday. I called Thursday to verify and nobody knew anything. Called again the Friday of pick up with a guarantee it would be there that day just not sure when. After the guarantee I got rid of my old mattress only to receive a phone call a couple hours later stating my order hadn't been placed and no shipment was coming in. My options were to wait until the following Friday and sleep on the floor until it came in or take the display floor model at a whopping $90 off with a voided warranty. No thanks! Got a refund and am taking my business elsewhere. Would suggest you do the same!
Went to Fowler‘s furniture to check out the prices the salesman was great and the prices We’re satisfied. Had it set up for delivery. The delivery guy was awesome And the warehouse manager was on top call me the night before and let me know the times for them to come out. I would recommend if you’re looking for great prices I would go to Fowler’s furniture.
