There is a $5 cover charge just to walk in, so we didn't go in. Why should we have to pay $25 just to see the inside of a building????? Very sad. We weren't going to have time to play, as we were going to the soccer game.
Fun, fun, fun! Great place to hangout with a group of friends, family or coworkers. If you dress nice and you play you will sweat. Dress super casual. Beer selection is pretty good. Gotta check out the mystery vending machine. Wish they served food. You are allowed to have food brought in though.
I fowled for the first time and had lots of fun!!! It's such a casual game without many rules, which helps increase the enjoyment of all regardless of age or athletic ability. I will certainly go again. The only hang-up was getting to the location, but that may be because I'm directionally challenged
Great place. Super cool. It's at the end of a dead end road, so I was not sure if that was the right way, but it was. Great drinks, and it's really fun. The owner was there, so I talked with him a little. They fill the Beer from the bottom using special cups and taps, it helps prevent waste. The place is right off the freeway, so it's easy to get to.
This is fun and welcoming environment. Clean bathrooms and a fully stocked bar. I appreciate the communication from the employees and the open spacing. I would definitely come here again. Lots of fun and open space. Great for group outings or team building. I highly recommend.
Fun, but a lot harder than we'd thought! Reasonably priced drinks. Went on a Friday night and paid 14 $ a person for unlimited play. It looked like only 10 lanes were set up for this. Pretty much stayed on the lanes the whole time and there was always one open so didn't have to switch off. If you want a guaranteed lane you can purchase one. A very cool unique experience to try with friends.
The game is harder than it looks but a lot of fun. Can beat 6 mystery beers for $10 in a bucket. Had a great time.
Fowling Warehouse in Hamtramck is a fun outing to try. The combination sport meshing bowling and football brings friendly competition to the table in a light way. There is a full service bar serving bottom up from the tap so keep an eye on the loose bottoms. Beyond that this converted warehouse is expansive. During peak hours and events you may need to walk a few blocks other than that come on out with your party and enjoy tossing the pigskin around and check out some of the other Hamtramck bars and restaurants while you’re here.
I went here for a work event and I dissatisfied with just entering the building. Let me preface with saying that I am 33 years old and I do not and have never had a driver’s license. I of course do not own a car. I was trying to hurry up and prepare a presentation for work and also hurry and try to get my bus to work. So I forgot to bring my ID and my bank cards. But that’s okay, because I do not drive and have no reason to prevent identification. This never happens on my end. This was my first time ever in life forgetting these items. So anyway when I walked in the building, here is a sign on the door that says “21+ after 8pm.” I got there at 5:35pm. Reading that sign, I didn’t assume that I would have to show my ID. But they still asked to see my ID and told me that they would need to put x’s on my hand. That was completely fine with me. I do not drink alcohol whatsoever. But I found it weird that they needed to put tacky X’s on the hand, doesn’t the bartender ask for ID at the bar? I haven’t had X’s on my hand since I was clubbing at Michigan state university. I am much older than those days now. They also told me that I could not bring any liquids into the building. The liquids in my bag were beverages that my boss threw in purse and asked me to take home to get rid of. I also had my EMPTY reusable water bottle. Again, I do not drive. No one communicated that I could not bring liquids or even reusable water bottles into the building before this outing. This place is expecting everyone to have their own transportation and have a place to store items. This is a discriminatory practice. Even on their website, it does not state that liquids can not be brought in. It literally says bring your own food. If I have to bring my own food, then naturally I would assume that I need to bring my own non-alcoholic drinks as well. Anyway, I only came to this place because of my work. I will surely never return.
This is a great place to hang out and have fun! I brought my fiancé here on a date night and we both enjoyed ourselves. They have a great selection of alcohol but they don’t sell food. However, you can bring food from outside establishments! We will be coming back here again!
