Trevor White, the Lead Associate Operations at the Little Egg Harbor branch was super helpful. I deposit checks that are in US dollars but are written from a Canadian bank I do contract work with a Canadian company. For some reason Chase has been putting a hold on my checks the last couple of times I have deposited. When I deposited at another branch the teller seemed confused as to why they put the hold on and seemed caring but that was it. Yesterday I deposited and Trevor was the teller. Instead of just saying that the hold was odd, he told me to call him back the next day today and he would look into it for me. He is now calling the bank in Canada the check is written on and is attempting to get Chase to remove the hold. He offered to do all of this for me without me asking. He also has a kind, caring demeanor. I've always enjoyed banking at this branch, but this experience was above and beyond.
Hi im recieving my government benefits at wells fargo...when i get my lump sum I am going to open an account with chase morgan. Everytime i go into wells fargo, the employees look like their stealing money.i want my money safe and secure. I hope my future hope to find a trustworthy bank. They are very sneaky and i seen how they steal from wells fargo customers..
Have used chase bank for 6 years now and never plan on stopping! Any problems I have ever had were always easily taken care of ++ The staff in both Little Egg Harbor and Manahakwin branches are always so pleasant and helpful
Chase has got to be one of the worst banks out there, stay away. They like to play games with your money. I don't know about most branches, but the one in Little Egg Harbor, the drive thru is horrible, only an atm that spits your money out if a bill has the smallest crease in it.
Branch manager was helpful in the beginning. But toward the end of the call she was very cocky and arrogant. I will stick with using the atm and the 1800 number and even go back to using the chase in the next town over!
DO NOT BANK HERE. Never got the 200 for setting up direct deposit. Brought proof of address, which they said they didnt need, then closed my account a week later after i put ALL my money into it, because I didnt give proof of address. WHAT?! OH AND WHEN THEY CLOSE IT YOU HAVE TO WAIT 2 TO 3 WEEKS FOR YOUR MONEY TO COME BY CHECK. IM ABOUT TO LOSE EVERYTHING BECAUSE I CANT PAY BILLS. NOT A SINGLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS EVEN SLIGHTLY APOLOGETIC.
My favorite bank for sure !! Never had a problem and the manager and all his people have been very helpful always. !!!
This is probably the best bank I have been to. The workers are all very pleasant and the manager is very kind and helpful.
As far as my bank in leht they have been so awesome with me and the services and so thankful for them.
Just move from NYC to South Jersey. Thank God they open up this Chase Excellent Service
