The only derogatory thing I would have to say is that the technician shouldn't be begging for 15 and $20 tips and telling you all about him and his girlfriend and maybe they're broke up and he needs money just do the job and thank you and be on your way but the service was good
A positive about this service was that the technician was there much quicker than I was quoted. He was able to get into the vehicle fairly easily. The problem was that he was a very angry and complaining man who took his sweet time with everything. I was glad my family was with me because he scared me.
Technician showed up sooner than expected. Called on the way and when they arrived. Excellent service and very knowledgable. Technician Ed saved the start of my weekend and I highly recommend him. Only issue was he could not adjust the price. 10/10 locksmith
Ed was here faster than quoted. Not my first time using Pop A Lock StA unfortunately but always speedy and reliable service. The checkout process was the longest and seems to have issues w the app not working properly. Other than technical issues, the service has always been great! Thank you!

Pop-A-Lock drilled and installed a smart deadbolt and helped start the pairing process to our internet and phone. There is no binding of the deadbolt. Bottom line: excellent work, superior customer service, and a reasonable installation cost.
They came within the time frame that they said they would.they were able to help me immediately when other companies kept me on the hook for 24 hrs and then couldn't help.the price was exactly what I was quoted and less expensive than the dealership. Thank you so much

Ed was very professional and did a great service. He was not given the instructions. I provided the dispatcher as far as my vehicle being attached to the trailer and where it was located, but he took the time to track down the manager who called for me and with Manager’s help, he found me. Extra effort, and well appreciated!
