I received the most beautiful bouquet of roses I’ve ever seen!!! So big and such a gorgeous array of colors.
I am happily surprised with my first transaction with Fox Run Florist! I forgot an important family birthday, so I Googled a florist in Pinellas Park and at 11:12am placed an online order with Fox Run. I am so pleased with the online ordering, the communication from them, the quality and design of the arrangement, as well as the speed of delivery!! I could not believe it when I had a call from my family that they had received “Such a beautiful bouquet” right after 4pm!! I will use Fox Run Florist anytime I need flowers delivered in the Pinellas County area! I’d like to thank the designer for this arrangement
My grandparents ordered some birthday flowers for me from England as a surprise and they’re absolutely gorgeous! The whole arrangement is beautiful and it’s made my day and my grandparents day! After Ava’s Flowers in Clearwater dropped the ball on my arrangement for my mom, Fox Run came to the rescue. They redid the arrangement and made it right. Thank you Fox Run Florist!
Terrible experience. Ordered a LARGE European Dish Garden via 1-800-flowers to be delivered to my dad for Father's Day and what was delivered was FAR from what I ordered. I understand the need to substitute certain plants or flowers, but the arrangement that my dad received was awful in design and very sparse and just overall disappointing. Please see for yourselves. hahahaha. And in their web site they put "exceptional flowers by design" and their team is led by "Master Designer Awardee" hahaha. I did place a complaint to 1-800-flowers, which they must have passed on to Fox Run Florist, cause they sent my dad another bouquet of flowers, but although the gesture was nice, the bouquet was terrible as well and please take a look at the wrapping. hahahaha. So sad. At first I was thoroughly upset, but I am now totally amused that they are still in business.
The first picture is what was ordered by my husband and the second picture is what I actually received. My husband knows lilies are my favorite. When flowers arrived I was extremely disappointed. He was not notified or contacted about any substitutions being made. Full replacement would be acceptable and appreciated.
