Foxtail specializes in high-end and affordable custom on-site catering. The cafe features a brick oven, takeout entrees and sides, fresh baked-goods, and homemade vegetarian options in a cozy, but refined, rustic industrial decor. Foxtail embodies the class and delicacy of the city merged with the attitude and value of the country.
Chef Plourde’s credits include The Breakers Palm Beach FL, Mandarin Oriental Hotel NYC & SF, Asiate NYC, Astra NYC, Restaurant Bricco CT, Dante Next Door OH, The Waterfront Restaurant SF, Fork & Spoon CA. He studied at West Palm Culinary Institute FL, and was named 2010 New York Rising Stars Chef.
