I asked them to frame this piece, it took about 2 months for them to finish but with everything considered, it came back beautifully. Really happy with the results and the customer service was really accommodating, patient, and just as excited as I was.

Foster and the team at FC always do an amazing job, even when I'm not sure what I want. They know their products and have a wide variety to suggest, if they don't have what you're looking for they will create it with what's on hand. Thank you for framing this latest piece of my ancestors on metal.

My one of a kind boxing belt was stitched crooked within the shadow box frame. When asked why the representative responded with “that’s how it had to be done.” Unacceptable. Now I have to pay additional money to get it restitched; needless to say, I am having another company do the work because now I don’t trust Tigard Frame Central.

Frame Central in Tigard did an amazing job on a large print of mine that had a broken frame. They provided knowledgeable service and many frame options to choose from. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the new frame looks great. Highly recommend.

I had a Dark Crystal movie poster rolled up in my closet since 1982. It was given to my son when he was four years old and is signed by Jim Henson. Later it was also signed by Brian and Wendy Froud, the Dark Crystal costume designer and his wife who sculpted Jenn and Kira. My son is now 43, and over the many years it was kind of the family joke whenever anyone asked about its whereabouts. This Christmas I decided to have it framed as a present to my son...and to dispel any doubts that it still existed : I showed up at Frame Central a few days before Christmas and without any scolding about "why I didn't come earlier," they helped me design a custom frame with a mat and said that it would be ready by Christmas Eve! And it was! They did a beautiful job, and needless to say, it made a huge impression on my son when he opened it Christmas morning! The folks at Frame Central in Tigard are calm and kind and very good at their job! We'll love looking at this for many, many years to come!

Really fantastic place. Don't let the fact Frame Central is a franchise deter you - the folks at this location are top notch. Really excellent customer service. They took the time and energy to chat with us about three huge pieces we brought in and one smaller one. They gave fantastic suggestions for frames that would really highlight our photos, and they took great care throughout the entire process. Our framed pieces look gorgeous. They even offered us free delivery since the framed images were so large that we couldn't easily fit them into our car their driver is also wonderful and was so friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be bringing any of our other pieces we need framed to this shop in the future. Really happy with our whole experience.

Great team of framers. They work right in their shop. My original Helen Dardik gouache painting looks beautiful with the frame they suggested. When I saw my finished piece I ordered another frame for a painting I brought along.

We have many prints framed and Frame Central is the best! Excellent workmanship and excellent service! Forget all those stores with coupons for framing, the savings is not worth the service at Frame Central!

Just had the best experience with these guys. I took in an odd sized print and had some very specific needs with no clue how to make it happen. Super friendly and very helpful manager spent a lot of time with me, and the result was a beautifully framed work for a very fair price. AND it was done 6 days before the promised date. Fabulous shop !

They did a beautiful job reframing a large photo print a friend gave us a number of years ago. The gentleman at the store was very thoughtful in helping us pick the mat, the mat width, the frame and the type of glass. The final product is beautiful. They also did a smaller piece for us that turned out wonderfully as well. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
