Ordered the 'full whack' frame, mount, glass, fittings for one print, and just a mount to fit an existing frame for another - really pleased with both. Arrived just over a week after ordering, next day delivery & tracking, and extremely well packaged with multiple layers of bubble wrap and cardboard.

First time using this company and I have too say I'm very impressed. Four custom frames made with double mounts, arrived in 5 days, very well wrapped in protective bubble wrap. I didn't order the glass from them as I prefer non reflective glass which they don't do. But will definitely use them again

Excellent online shop selling a wide range of good quality wooden frames at reasonable prices. It's a better choice for me both in variety of frames and prices, comparing to our local framing shop. I also like the option of uploading my picture to see how it would look in a chosen frame. Good communication and quick delivery. If they add more choices for inexpensive museum or non-reflective glass, that would be fantastic. I do a lot of needlework and large complex cross stitch projects which need more old-fashioned, classic or embellished frames, so I would use this shop again.

I had a 30 year old embroidered picture my late aunt had given me. I decided to get it framed after it had been hidden away for all those years. I have to say I am extremely happy with the service and quality of the work done. My precious picture now hangs in pride of place. Thank you all so much at Picture Frames Express.

Can’t recommend enough. Bought our frame on the weekend it was delivered on Friday morning! Shops closer would have taken 2 weeks. I phoned them to request a delivery before 10 on Friday and one of their guys dropped it off on his way to work. Great shop. Thank you

First time using Picture Frames Express. Bought three black aluminium frames and the quality is exceptionally good. All arrived well packed with no damage. Will definitely recommend to others and use again in future.

Could kind of recommend when using a discount. A big frame arrived damaged on a corner. Hard to say if it's shipping or a quality issue, but it happened nonetheless. The quality of the wood used also seems subpar. The upper section of the frame bends severely for the bigger one.

Ordered four custom-sized frames. The quality of the frames is fine for the price, but three of them are too big and with backing boards that are significantly too small, so they can move around in the frame see photo. This means that the prints are not sitting properly in the frames, rendering them useless. I sent an email explaining that the frames had not been made to my sizes and asking for new ones to be sent out. I received a rude and dismissive response saying that the frames had been made correctly. I asked again, but to no avail. I’ve now had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I normally take my prints to a local framer, but decided to go online as I had a few small and cheap things to frame and didn’t want to spend too much. I guess you get what you pay for - I won’t be using Picture Frames Express again.

Ordered three frames for my paintings, odd sizes, and all arrived within a week. They came well wrapped and the quality was beyond what I expected for a money payed. Selection of different molds is expansive and ordering is very easy. It's a company I plan to use for all future paintings.

Over the course of two years, around 50% of our frames turned up with damage marks due to poor quality control. Unfortunately, the company didn't really see the importance and told us to go elsewhere in the end after constant issues, rather than sorting their problem. Not to mentioned their comments "We don't have any issues with any other orders" when they sent the same canned email out to me every time. Laughable and no way to do business, avoid.
