My psychiatrist is great, and I usually have a good experience with front staff. However, as of writing this review, this is the third time this year I've called to get important medication filled and I get no response from nursing. I'm going on day 3 without 3 of my meds and it's the weekend now. It's ridiculous to put clients in this position and having clients go through withdrawals. Edit: This is for the Neil st location
I scheduled an emergency Dental appointment for my wisdom tooth. I was in so much pain that I couldn’t even sleep at night. I walked in there and was right out! Dr. Song made sure I was okay every step of the way. I wish i remembered the young lady name that was assisting him she was amazing. She didn’t make me feel bad for having a head full of braids! She was able to work around my hair and that’s very important to me : EXTRACTION I felt nothing!!! I’m not even kidding! I didn’t even know he took the tooth out lol I have a low pain tolerance. That guy has amazing skills I didn’t really feel the needle either! Great dentist man. I called on a Friday and was able to be seen on Wednesday. They accept Medicaid as well! If you have a painful wisdom tooth I highly recommend coming here!! My wait was not long either great experience I love quick and EFFICIENT work! 10/10 keep up the good work. Thank you so much for helping me. -Ashley
Terrible. No communication between staff. Twice I have showed up for an appointment and was informed that my doctor had switched to the neil street location. Now its been 3 weeks since being able to talk to someone. Please just get health insurance because you might die being a patient here.
I have been a patient at Frances Nelson for several years. They’re always very kind and welcoming when I come in. Whether it’s for an appointment, paperwork, or blood work, I’m always greeted with friendly smiles! There are a handful of employees who always remember me and it makes my experience more enjoyable!
Went to have labs done and was told would have to wait longer than I was able too. I felt like they cared more about taking care of the Mexican people there than any other people. I felt rushed and discriminated because I wasn't Mexican. I asked to give my Dr a message and was told I could do it myself.
I have Been a patient of promise health for several years. They are always willing to work with my schedule to get me in to see my Dr. Staff are kind, and friendly.
I was referred her by my obgyn since my insurance is currently off. I called several times got 1 call back they let it ring for 2. Minutes or less then hung up before I could answer. I just sat on the phone for 20 minutes just to be hung up on I call again and speak with a nurse named Amy just to be informed I can't make any appointments until I've done some paperwork. So I don't think I'll be going her I'll try planned Parenthood instead.
I was told I would receive my bloodwork results for gestational diabetes within 4 days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was a holiday that week. By Wednesday of the following week, I gave them a call. The lab representative was very short with me and told me she could not share my resilts until the doctor signed off. She stated, at the end of the call, that she would call me the next day. I never got that call. Now its Monday, I called up there and she didn't answer the phone. You guys are a joke. If I ask for my results, I have every right to know what they are, they belong to me. I do not care if the doctor hasn't signed off on them. Besides, it doesnt take almost a month to sign your name on a piece of paper. I absolutely NEED to know if I have gestational diabetes. I don't feel I'm being unreasonable at all.
I have been going to Frances Nelson for going on 6 years. I see 3 separate doctors and they have each played a crucial role in changing my life for the better. I am very grateful for each of them and their dedication to me throughout the years. I love the staff there and the new call center system they have recently put in place is astronomically better than it was before. I will always recommend Frances Nelson to anyone in search of a good clinic to receive awesome care in any field.
A big thanks to Mr. Hamilton for giving me a ESA letter. Very nice people.
