A friend recommended this store to me and so glad I tried it out! I met an employee named Rosa and she was fantastic! I was shopping for outfits for family photos while lugging my 1 year old daughter along and she assisted with putting together multiple outfits including accessories and shoes for me to try on, things I would have never considered on my own, and I fell in love! Walked out with 2 super cute full outfits. Her assistance made my shopping trip so easy!! I told Rosa she's my new best friend and Ill be visiting her more often!

Horrible customer service. I brought a shirt and realizes the size was a bit large. I went back got the store thinking I could get a refund and shop for a different size or shirt. At the store, they attempted to explain to me their refund policy and they lead me on thinking that they were going to give a partial credit back because I lost the receipt. The reason why I settle for partial credit because they said the value of the shirt decreased. How does the shirt value decrease when I only brought it like 4 days ago? Anyway, I went along with their nonsense because I didn't want to make a scene over shirt. I told them, I was okay with the partial credit but they went back on their word and told me they were not able to refund me or give me a partial credit because I lost the receipt. then asked them if I could exchange for a different size? They said I could exchange for an different size but I would have to pay the different in prices. I was like, the shirt I brought decrease in price after four days but your still selling the same shirt just different size, for the same price. Once again, they are full of nonsense. I had long day at work and didn't feel like arguing over for a 38 dollar shirt. What I can say for sure, is that no matter how good the design of the shirts were, they are too over price and their customer service didn't help either. I was willing to pay 38 dollars for that shirt only because it was cute but they are trying to make me pay just for changing for another size. I am never going back there again.

I needed to find something for my beautiful bride. When I walked in francesca's l really did not know what I was looking for. Fortunately one of the sales persons was very used to dealing with inept husbands. By the time I left I knew more about women's clothing and purses than I thought was possible. I will return there next time I need a gift for my wife.
