Just walked in this morning because I tested positive for COVID, my primary Dr office is closed today, it's Sunday. When I told the receptionist what I was in there for she looked at me like a deer in the headlights, really!! I'm vaccinated and my symptoms are obviously on the mild side, I just came to see a physician for a prescription for speeding up the recovery. She turned me away and said they don't that there I would need to go to the ER. She totally took the roll of a Dr!!!! At all cost avoid this place!!

I have had a good experience for my child and myself at this facility in the past, quick wait time and I did not feel I was given a rush visit. My most recent experience with this group was through their virtual urgent care. I was very happy with their service as they followed up when I was having technical issues and were able to see me very quickly. I was diagnosed and prescribed exactly what I needed after being sick for 5 days. I felt better after my first couple of doses. Thank you all for your care. I will return if needed!

This is the best quick care I have ever been to! I took my 3month old in and saw Stella RT, Dr. Jones, and Janet RT. They were all so friendly, helpful, and thorough. Stella did my daughters vitals, she was so gentle and happy to be there. Dr. Jones was very thorough and explained everything she was doing and was very friendly. Janet checked us out, explained everything in our discharge papers and was extremely nice. All three of them made our experience easy and helped ease my mind as a new mom being worried about her sick baby. We live out of state so being able to be seen quickly and have a friendly care team to help us was amazing. I'm so grateful for their amazing expertise and care. This is the best quick care I have ever visited. Thank you!

Not a single car in the entire lot when I came in. Receptionist was very friendly. Took me back promptly, was asked by the med tech, "So, what's your medical history?" Me: "Excuse me? What do you want to know?" Med tech: "Just tell it to me. I have to click off on these boxes..." Unprofessional. Incompetent. Never asked for a medication list. Second, took "the doctor" 40 minutes before she even popped in the room. I say "doctor" because she wasn't wearing a name badge or ID of any sort. Again, not a single soul in the parking lot or waiting room and there still wasn't when I left. Not even sure if she was a doctor because after 40 minutes of waiting, I asked the med tech if there was even a doctor on site right now During my time waiting in the room, I saw other reviews on here where after waiting for an hour in exam rooms, patients were sent home because the doctor never showed up, otherwise I never would have even thought of this All of a sudden, "the doctor" was walking into my room. How convenient. Maybe she really was a doctor, but at this point, I don't even care. Finally walked out after over an hour for what should have been a 15-20 minute max visit. Oh... and in the day and age of Covid, nobody washed their hands, the med tech wore the same pair of gloves had them on when she came in the room, touched everything... computer, thermometer, blood pressure cuff, me... then left the room still wearing these gloves... touching the door handle, and anything else in her way. Also, used BP cuff on me, pulse ox, and thermometer, nothing was sanitized afterward, and it was wheeled back into the hall where she originally grabbed it from, it wasn't sanitized afterward either. Also... no running water in the sink in the restroom that they direct patients to use... and there was a urine stain from a specimen cup that was at one time tested on the toilet paper holder in there. Again.... I was the first patient of the day.... Can't even make this stuff up. This place is gross and the staff is incompetent. I'll never go back. Ever.

Dr Akhal did an amazing job stitching up the gash on my shin. He was very polite and explained everything to me. Even on my return visit to remove stitches, he added steri strips just to make sure everything healed up the best it could. Not a long wait at all for my stitches removal. First night was 45 min wait , but that’s because every room was filled and no other places were even open!! So I was very thankful for them.

We have been taking our kids to this facility, seeing a doctor that treats him. My son has fever and I called to inquire about the Dr. on call. They refused to provide me with a name of the Dr. on duty and the receptionist was extremely rude and impolite. This can not be expected from a health care facility in case on an immediate need. Very disappointed.

This is the worst service I have ever seen. Patients have been waiting over, and I do mean over 2 hours to get a COVID test. I went to U of C down the street and was out in less than 15 minutes. This is the same day. I will not ever bring my mom to this place again. We will be transferring all medical records to the university today. If anyone reads these please send someone to come in like a patient and see how they are laughing and joking around at the front desk. They aren’t assisting the patients where they should sign in for whatever reasons. My mom is elderly and we just needed to get her tested. Sure I would have taken her to the university, but she has been loyal to St. James all these years. It is sad that a lady next to us that’s was there way before us was still sitting in her car as well waiting. We were here at 11:15am and here it is 1:44pm and we are still waiting. Bad service.

Excellent medical care given to my husband this past Friday by Brett Milkevitch. He gave us extremely helpful recommendations and care. These recommendations made a serious health issue very helpful to get the necessary care for my husbands treatment. So glad we used this facility.

Place took forever to even see me. Not only this I've been waiting DAYS for test results for PCR Covid test when everyone in my family went elsewhere and got their PCR results in two days and we all got tested the same time and day just different places and I'm the only one without results. I call about my results and the gentlemen on the phone was very short and rude. Go to Northwestern medicine in Mokena instead.

If I could give more stars I would. Whenever I am in need of medical attention I always go to the express care in Frankfort. Walking in the door I am greeted by name tells you I go there for everything! the check in process is quick and the wait is not long. There have been a few times there were a lot of people there in which they get the ones in serious pain to be seen and it moves very quickly. I had one bad experience with a Male doctor and it was handled the first time! I haven’t has any issues since! They treated me with so much respect and valued what I had to say. The entire staff there I would take forever to explain how wonderful, amazing, caring and awesome they truly are!! I never leave with questions unanswered or a bad feeling. If you ever need medical attention and you cannot see your primary doctor I strongly suggest going to Frankfort express care. It is billed as a doctor visit and not an emergency room visit. I am forever grateful of all they have and continue to do for me. Thank You All!!!!
