They canceled my appointment two hours before I had to go in. No explanation or anything and didn’t try to reschedule. I called off of work excited to go to my ultrasound only to find out they canceled and I had to waste a day of my sick leave for nothing!! Super unprofessional they should not be able to cancel 2 hours before an appointment and at least reschedule the same day since I called out of work. Will never come to this building ever again. I don’t know how they are functioning while being unprofessional in the medical field! They even texted me to confirm my appointment the day before and I did!! So irritated.

I was having extreme pain near my left ovary. My doctor referred me for an ultrasound which caused a lot of pain near my left ovary during the ultrasound. The technician never noted the pain and I was told there was nothing wrong with me. When in fact I have a cyst in my left ovary which was found out by switching doctors. I switched doctors because my primary care doctor put in a referral for an MRI on the wrong body part. I was having pain in my sacrum in my left hip and she put in an MRI referral for the lumbar region of my spine. As soon as I saw the notes after the MRI I notified them that it was the wrong body part. I was literally told it was my fault because I should’ve known the difference between lumbar and sacrum on the referral. And now I am being charged $2000 which my insurance will not pay. After this year I am convinced they do not care about their patients at all

Always had a great experience however this receptionist on the 3rd floor specialty clinic with dark hair and glasses was very rude to me twice actually. Two days in a row when I showed up to my appointment. They refused to take me 5 minutes late. I believe she had it out for me. Will not be returning. She seems to have personal involvement in issues that aren't her business. It's not up to her to judge me for why I ran late. If you want to school people go be a teacher. You're in the wrong place. Customer service and professionalism are definitely not your strongest points.

As our provider was on maternity leave we were told to go to Urgent Care. Saw a PA there after a fair wait in the car. She decided my 3 week gut problem was from an anti biotic I had taken 3 months earlier. I asked for a referral to a gastric specialist. It wasn't the antibiotics and the specialist didn't contact me until 2 and a half months later. Terrible service and at the very least maternity coverage should have been in place.

My wait time was reasonable. The staff is professional. I met with Dr. Martin and she listened to my concerns and took her time diagnosing me. She was informative and caring. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Matrin.

CHI in Bonney Lake, too busy to provide real patient care. Impossible to get ahold of someone to speak with on the phone. On another note the MAs must be slammed considering I couldn’t get anyone to respond in the MyChart messaging app about a prescription. No hate against MAs but come on seriously? This was over a series of 3 months. I was even left on “read”. Feels more like they care about billable hours then actually trying to help patients. I was even told they may not refill my prescription because I hadn’t been in for my annual check up. This clinic Is all about the $$. I have yet to find a good doctor in Bonney Lake.

GREAT SERVICE!!! Every single person was friendly and helpful at every level. Doctor Practitioner L. Hamman, her assistant Kayla, the X-ray tech Emily, the Lab guy didn't get his name but we talked about his nice tattoo to the two woman - one on first floor, one on second floor who helped me get where I needed to go. The office was efficiently run and I had almost no wait time. My husband thought I couldn't get lab work done as I was back so fast. Very Impressed with L Hamman and Kayla.

I am so thankful for all the providers I have worked with thus far here at this location, as well as the other CHI facilities I have needed over the past 2 years. PCP, Podiatry, imaging, Physical Therapy and now the oncology department have done a fantastic job meeting my needs and making me feel seen, heard and cared for.

Nice place, organized, good doctors and staff. Local helpful. Straight to the point. I love e it here I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 stars

After reading reviews about Dr. Gao, I was honestly not sure what to expect. However, I think he's great. He's very attentive, and took time to go over how my body functions, and what causes the symptoms I'm experiencing. Also, he ordered some preventative testing, which no other doctor has bothered doing, even though there are some genetic conditions that I am more susceptible to. Big thumbs up for that. I've been searching for a new PCP for the past few years, and safe to say, I will probably be sticking around much longer.
