The only decent thing about this place is the front staff. The new ARNPs that have been brought on do not listen. It is their way or not at all. They do not believe in patient led care, it’s a body shaming clinic which leads to the prevention of people seeking care, they will demand randomly you come in without your consent for appointments and blood testing regardless of your insurance. You can speak up, voice your concern but you will not be heard. Also not a queer or transgender vibe comfort doctor friendly place. You will feel the need to hide personal information in order to revive non-judgmental care. Btw, if you are a diabetic the diabetes specialist Lindsay has a high chance of hospitalizing you for ignoring and over prescribing you because you don’t go vegan.

I’ve been going to this doctors office since I was about 5 years old. I started with Dr. Lihn Vu and he was amazing, always will thank him. I’ve been to two other clinics from 2016-2020 and had horrible experience and decided to come back to this one regardless of how far the drive was and was paired with Dr. Russell L. Steffensen and I couldn’t be happier, once again. The office staff, nurses, and providers I’ve experienced my since I was young has made visits super easy here. Thanks for always providing quality service!!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE Spanaway clinic Dr. LEAH ABSHNER is amazing she is thorough she takes her time. She's great with my son. And my family. The staff is great my Nurse has been there for over 15 years I believe she has makes me feel at ease when I need it. MRS. RACHAEL I love her dearly.. I would trust them whole heartily with any member even my dad goes here now. Thank you..

Having had a very poor experience with the Puyallup Clinic, I needed to get into see a doctor, so I choice Doctor Zandnia. He was wonderful, took the time to explain everything that I asked about. I was the last patient and he and his nurse Cheryle stayed an hour talking with me and helping me find the right referrals needed for my issues. This is what health care should be like. Looking forward to working with Dr Z and Cheryle in the future.

My son and I have been seeing Leah Absher, ARNP since we moved down here 5 years ago. She is amazing, has great bedside manner and has more care and compassion than any provider I’ve ever had!! My son absolutely loves her and her nurse, Rachel : this clinic is very accommodating and the front staff is just as loving! You’ll love it here :

Some of the worst front desk people ever! They never seem to answer the phone both me and my husband have call multiple time a day on different day and no one ever answers! Very disappointed

Went in to speak to Dr Lindsey M Fleisher ARNP She was really rude, unprofessional she dosent care about your health or needs, she told me to search up another DR. She only took the time to talk to me for 3 minutes! I wouldn’t recommend her to no one !

Staff is always professional and courteous, quick in and out times - but not so fast as to make you feel your concerns aren't addressed! L. Absher is awesome!!! This is honestly the best clinic I have been to in the last 15 years. And the access to "MyChart" is always updated pretty quickly - so you can view your test results and deal with any appointments or messages from the doctor or staff.

I love Leah...but if I am coming in at 3 for a nurse visit for a shot ...no one should be waiting 40min!!! After 30 I went to the front desk where a lady named Hazel said that someone should be out shortly.....as she printed out the stickers to give to the nurse. I'm assuming she forgot to do that at initial check in.... I
