Franciscan Physician Network Dyer Family Health Center

I had a appointment with Dr Nancy Gamarra -Flores at 2:20 which I made a mistake and thought that my appointment was at 2:30 p.m. I got there at 2:40 p.m. and I was turned away because I was 5 minutes late over the 15 minute grace period you're given. When I made my appointment I clearly told them that I got off of work at 2:30 p.m. they said they were going to put a note in for me to be 15 minutes late, however, when I got there they turned me away even after I explained that I was in great need of my high blood pressure medication but they did not care! They wanted to reschedule me for over a month later. Obviously I was supposed to be seen by that doctor at the time I arrived, so it's not like she was seeing anyone else at the moment. That is a cold-hearted person who knows that there is someone there who needs a very important medicine for their health and she still turns them away. That is a bad human being and should not be a doctor!

Dr does not care what happens to my mom. My mother needed surgery but we had no assistance in getting her pre-op clearance , we had to schedule everything even though this was considered an emergent surgery. There is no “needs of the patient comes first” but the reimbursement is whats important to the franciscan network

I hate coming here it takes way to long to see my doctor I was waiting over an hour in half after my appointment was at before my doctor finally came into my room...its crazy I don't recommend anyone to come here even my doctor is here and I live down the street it stresses me out when I have to come for an office visit... I personally prefer to have a video chat with my doctor instead. The worst place ever especially when you need blood drown its a long wait....

Had to wait 50 minutes in for the doctor to come in the room to see me. Stop talking and telling stories and see the other patients
