On Wednesday, August 31, 2023 I had my Virginia state inspection performed at liberty. I’ve been there several times before to have my car serviced. And as always, they were professional, courteous, and timely. Prices were very reasonable. I plan to continue to use them in the future!
Friendly and professional!! Reassuring and we’re a great help with prioritizing what needed to be done now - what was critical and what I could wait a week or two. The “annoying” check engine light was on. Also mindful of my busy summer work schedule and we’re able to accommodate me.
They were very respectful of my time and car. The technician wore gloves and was extremely nice, Farr and honest.
Initial drop on Tuesday pm was great, attendant was pleasant both on the phone and in person. I got the estimate Wednesday am labor was OK, but the parts were marked up 120-130%. When I asked Willie for the part numbers, he said "they don't give out part numbers". Got a 3200 estimate to a 1500 estimate for the same work with the same parts!!! Wow
The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had a very clean area and everyone helped me in a timely manner and made sure I knew what was going on. They got me in and out in a matter of 20 minutes and back on the road to do what I need to do and everyone was professional and kind. Definitely what I look for in a shop I take my vehicles to.
The service was so fast and easy to get in and out on my day off. I really needed an alignment, oil change and my inspection was almost expiring. Thanks to the service manager Willi for making the service flow easy. Thanks to Daniel for the oil change and for actually resetting the meter, and thanks for the alignment as well! Thank you Ali for the inspection! You guys really helped me out!
Went there for a car inspection and was pleased with the service received. They were friendly Willie, timely Ali, and professional. Patrick checked me out and also professional. Will go there again for services.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at your mechanic's shop today. I arrived at the shop with a empty washer fluid level, and I was told by three young mechanics a black man with a neck tattoo and two Spanish-speaking men that they did not have time to add washer fluid. They were instead looking at TikTok on their phones. I asked them if they could please add the washer fluid, but they refused. They told me that I would have to come back in the morning if I wanted them to add washer fluid. I am very disappointed with the lack of respect that I was shown by these mechanics. They were rude and dismissive, and they did not seem to care about my needs as a customer. I believe that they given intense customer service training. I do not understand why they would trash someones’s business by treating customers in this way. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter and take appropriate action. Thanks
DO NOT go here.would give a 0 if possible. They will try to charge you $100+ just to tell you what “might” be wrong. Went for an emissions check. They popped my hood ??? And I failed? Even though I knew whole heartedly that I was good and my car was fine. after I leave the place my check engine light is on never been on before in 7 years of driving this car thankfully it went away a day later. Anyways STAY away. I took my car to two others to places for emissions and passed both. Was still $60 cheaper than what they were trying to charge me to see what the problem was Funny how that works. Marvin may be a good dude but the middle Eastern dude who does emissions is a CROOK.
